Submitted email order to create 2 cards, with 2 separate addresses, with CLEAR instructions for both.The store replied that there was a $60 charge for creating a file, so I asked if i could copy and paste cards into Word documents Store approved so I submitted AND ASKED IF EVERYTHING WAS ACCEPTABLE. Store responded, YES, but then when I went to pickup, they didn't follow my instructions and demanded $52.00 more to redo the project because apparently they can't "read" instructions for confidentiality. when i asked them why they approved my emails and documents, why they didn't warn me about this policy, and where i could read it. they answered "this is our policy and we don't provide quality checks for our work."Totally incompetent and stupid response, and complete failure to take responsibility for anythingI WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. IF YOU EVER SUBMIT AN ORDER, MAKE SURE TO FORCE THEM TO DISCLOSE ALL OF THEIR HIDDEN POLICIES AND PRACTICES.

Exceptionally rude staff who will provide many excuses for providing bad quality service/product, including accusatory remarks. The last thing on their mind is to help the customer with what they walked into the store looking for.

Floor prices say one thing then packing counter charges triple that amount. Pack it yourself, they are nickel and diming everything since UPS is taking all the business.

First of all, I stopped going to UPS in 2022 because you guys (FedEx) provide so much better customer service (very friendly, helpful, and efficient) and your rates are way better! Because of the holidays, I've been going to FedEx quite frequently lately (this week: Monday, Wednesday, and tomorrow), and Ifran has been the employee who has taken care of me. Ifran is an utter delight, so personable, helpful, and patient. I have a spring in my step after I leave the store! Thank you FedEx, and thank you Ifran. I wish I could be allowed to give him a huge tip!

Ifran was extremely polite and helpful. He was personable (a fellow New Yorker) and extremely accomodating for my shipping needs. His efficiency and willingness to accomodate my needs was impressive and very appreciated. Thank you, Ifran! (Go yanks!)

Jade help me select right packages for returning items to merchant. I did not have a printer Jade showed me how to email label to FedEx. I am so grateful to have had Jade , it was rough day trying to return packages other locations didn't have printing options. Now that I know this location is full service I saved address to goggle maps. Thanks Jade you exceeded outstanding experience.

My packages have been stolen twice at this office center. The initial incident happened when I was returning a product to the merchandise. Despite having the tracking number receipt, the package was never scanned as having left the store.The second occurrence took place when I was attempting to pick up a package that required a signature. The delivery of the package was delayed for a week, and only after I changed the delivery option from "home delivery" to "pick up at the FedEx office," was I suddenly informed that the package had been located. However, it turned out that the package had actually been stolen.Upon approaching the manager at the FedEx office and requesting them to review their security footage, they declined, citing a lack of staff to handle such matters over an extended period of time. Instead, they suggested that I contact the FedEx center. This mirrored my experience from the first incident, during which I had called the FedEx center and received no response whatsoever.Following the second theft, it has become evident to me that there are internal issues within the system. FedEx does not seem to be taking responsibility for these cases of theft. I strongly advise against choosing FedEx when alternatives are available, as they appear to disregard the losses incurred due to stolen packages.

Best FedEx office in the world.I’ve been coming here, no joke, for 15 years, ever since portfolio school and late night crunches before critique in the Texas Creative Sequence.The excellent service has remained the same all these years later.Today, Haley was incredibly courteous, patient, and helpful in assisting us with printing some collateral for our wedding. We are eternally grateful.Keep up the good work!

The staff here do not know how to take photos for passports. They use incorrect exposures, white balance and poor resolution. They are also generally apathetic to even check if the photo is correct and are eager to just charge you for their poor job.

I needed to print a doctor note. One paper they referred me to a computer that would not allow me to sign in. Charged me 10.00. When they could have helped me by me forwarding the email to fedEx. One young black man came and finally helped me. Out of the 4 people that worked there. Thank God for this young man. That is the only reason I gave them the one star. If not for him they would be a flat zero. Rude ugly uncaring customer service.
