I want to thank Austin for giving me the best experience I've ever had at a FedEx office print and ship center. He was able to handle the packaging of my shipment in a timely fashion. Austin has the best customer service skills I have seen in a while. You have changed my mind about FedEx and have instilled the positive experience in my mind.Kudos to the hiring manager for hiring Austin he is an attentive caring and thoughtful individual.

I honestly cannot find any fault whatsoever with this location. They are fast, friendly, and efficient. I do a lot of printing using canva for my designs and getting things printed here is so fast. Highly recommend them for printing needs. Scott usually helps me but everyone seems cool.And for the people that give FedEx a one-star because they illegally parked in a lot that's clearly marked for customers only with Towing enforced I wonder if perhaps they are taking their anger and frustrations out on the wrong entity.

We got $100 fine and the car was booted. cause we parked in the parking lot after 7:00 pm for 15 min since the parking lot was empty and the fedex office was clearly closed. that felt a little extreme for any empty parking lot after business hours the person was rude disrespectful I will make sure not to deal with this fedex office ever for this incident.

I’m sure the complaints and bad experiences are valid. But I went here expecting the worst and they were great. Michelle was friendly. So was the other lady the last 2 times I’ve gone. It probably depends on who is helping you and how much you need them to do vs self service. Good amount of parking too for a place on the drag. I counted about 15 spaces in their parking lot.

Beware of an old man who works there that will belittle you. He claims my scooter is potentially causing harm to other guests while it is on its kickstand. This job is not for him if he loves to ramble and show no respect to their customers.

I have had 1000s of packages delivered or shipped through the years and trust me when I say FedEx is the worst hands down. They all (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc) make mistakes due to human factor, but Fedex's system is inherently broken. They FREQUENTLY fail to deliver on time, almost always without explanation. This is to say nothing of the frequently mangled packages that look like they've seen battle.When something goes wrong, and trust me it inevitably will, you get to experience the joy of their automated phone system which is literally a giant labrynth of prerecorded messages that all lead to the same destination, hanging up on you. Have you ever been hung up on by a computer? Call FedEx now and see for yourself. Nothing and I mean nothing has made me feel more helpless and angry as a customer then waiting for an important package, it not arriving and no explanation or estimation of when it will, only to get hung up on repeatedly by their facade customer service which is more like a punishment. If you finally lie and say you want to setup an account, you'll get a surly human that will make you wish for the heartless automated system again.I cringe when I see FexEx is delivering. Listen to me when I say - FedEx is the WORST delivery service and not by a little. They should go out of business, but also should be investigated by Federal Trade Commission for frequently failing to deliver (no pun intended) on what they promise. If you have a choice avoid at all costs. You have been warned. You. Have. Been. Warned.

The do-it-yourself kiosk didn't work. Then the QR codes I had didn't work. Nothing worked so Penny & Tina had to re-enter ALL information for all 33 packages I had entered into the system. That took a lot of effort on their part & they were so very nice about helping me. I was most frustrated with the poor kiosk experience but these ladies turned my frown upside down & took care of business manually. Their attitudes were nothing short of impeccably professional & they assured me that I was not inconveniencing them - that they were there to help. Many many thanks to PENNY & TINA at AUSKO - THEY are the reason I will continue to use FedEx shipping for all my business (& now personal) shipping needs!

Every time I go into the store, they are the most unfriendly rude staff I could ever experience. First time I went in I asked if they could ship something and they scoffed at me, saying that I he had never seen this brand and that we definitely don’t deal with this kind of stuff. I was returning??? Last time I went in there I walked in and the staff member looked up and me, said nothing and looked down and didn’t ask me if I needed help when I was at the front desk. A man walked in and as soon as he walked in he said can I help you to him, ignoring me as if I hadn’t been there for ten minutes prior.

Andrew is demeaning to customers and especially his staff. He has no business being in a leadership position. IMO FedEx is a great company, but steer clear of Andrew if you go here. He’s as cringy as they come.

I’ve always had good experiences with shipping from here. Ample parking and helpful staff. I worked with Penny yesterday and she was great.
