If I could give this place no stars I would.Their over priced.The employe they have working there was rude.I bought a vape that didn’t work & the girl working tells me no refunds or store credit or anything this store is way to expensive to buy products that don’t work will not be coming back.

Westlake Location:I was purchasing 2 FVKD hemp devices on a weekly basis, taking advantage of the awesome buy-one-get-one-half-off-deal (totaling about $97). If I had to guess, I've probably visited a few dozen times. Recently, one of the two devices I purchased did not function.Unfortunately, the manager, who was present at the time, could not understand the value of my continued business and refused to replace the device. Bummer, this location was so convenient!

Took my wife here after I have been going to this location for over 6 months because of convince the grabbing leafs are a little over priced but hey their close to home so I don't mind paying for convince but after convincing my wife to come in and get a vape the next day it stops working. So I tell her let's go back and get an exchange. The lady at the counter told us about some policy that is not displayed on the door nor inside the store.. (customers don't work at your shop their not going to know your policy) policy's for not taking back product or exchanges, especially if the products are bad or no good. So we asked for the management number the worker would not give it out..bad customer service all the way around if u can't get a hold of someone who is in charge at least exchange the product and tell your boss later hey I did this while u was sleeping because it's good customer service especially when it's a repeat customer that comes in every week. Management needs to post their policies that will avoid problems with angry customers as myself... taking my business elsewhere

Horrible experience. All head shops encourage you to try the product before leaving to make sure it works. This place does not encourage you to do that and of course the one time it doesn’t work, they don’t do right by the customer and try to replace a defective product, if you find the product doesn’t work while at home. I spent $126 just to leave with one working delta 8 pen. Horrible don’t go, too many other better options out there!

Last two vape pens I bought here (almost $60 each) stopped working after about an hour. No refunds or returns accepted. Products sold here are just too cheap and poorly made compared to the actual prices they have listed. Save yourself a few bucks and drive to Vape City on Burnett a couple miles away.

Would give it zero stars ! The vapes are overpriced and the girls at the front were so rude . I’ll never go back here again . Get respectful people to work in your establishment. I could have dealt with the prices but the disrespect from your staff was where I draw the line.

One of the worst vape stores I’ve ever been to in any country or state. ImpressiveWhen I purchased the vape neither of the people working knew what they were talking about. No big deal I don’t really need you to know but others might. 3 days later vape stopped working. They won’t replace it or give a discount on a new one. Takes zero responsibility. Which is sad because they sell the Vapes for 30% more then any other store.You would think with a mark up like that they could afford to help a customer who’s brand new vape doesn’t work. Doesn’t have a great selection either. Nothing redeeming about this store, just go somewhere else
