Waited outside for 30 min in the hot sun waiting for them to open up during business hours. False advertisement showing 10am-8pm when the doors are locked for a hour at 3:30-4:30. Looked inside and the employee is just sitting there on a chair playing on the iPad with the doors locked. Choose another location/ phone company.

I work at the HEB in the same shopping center as this Cricket and the classy gentleman that was running the store around 6pm on 3/5/2024 was caught by me and my managers trying to steal a pack of twisted teas and a 2 liter of cherry coke. He fled into the Cricket store he works in and locked the door before throwing his hands up as if to say “I got base” like it was a game of tag. Based on recent reviews I know you read these, so buddy listen: don’t come back.

Skyler is so customer friendly, supportive & helpful. My niece & I came in, she has her Dad on her account. He had phone issues & Skylar was able to assist my niece & her dad, my brother. And get his phone working. My niece has had Cricket wireless for years & said Skylar and the rest of the employees are always helpful, kind & friendly. We appreciate Skyler's kindness & help. I had no expectations when entering this establishment. I had only gone there to break $100 bill for the subway next door so I can pick up a meal ... There was one person that I could see on staff and he was very nice even though there were several people in the lobby needing his expertise. He greeted me as well as the others took care of our needs and then went on to help answer questions I didn't even realize I had, about my phone. Based on the conversation I had with him I ended up buying a cool little gadget for the back of my phone, by ghost tech, I believe, that is very handy and I'm very pleased with it. I did get my change for my Subway meal and I left with a cool little item that I didn't even know I needed or wanted. So on all it was a nice experience.

I know they close at 6 but I got there about 2mins before close. It really was a emergency. And he just started at me because he had closed 5 mins prior. I even tried calling before had and still no compassion
