I guess if that's the only way to get a business to do what they're being paid for is by shaming them here it is. Where the heck is your ATM?? You can't just leave a sign out says ATM and then leave a piece of plywood on the ground for 6 months and not do anything! This is the laziest bank in the world. I can understand why they have a 2.6 rating. When are you going to just admit to the customers that you're having financial problems and just start closing your branches? I plan on taking my money out of your bank very soon because you guys absolutely suck!!!!

Haven’t had an ATM outside since it got stolen for months and months. Slowest service inside EVER!!!Timothy Jensen took 45 minutes helping a customer while there was a line of people to help. I understand if it was banking discussions but when you’re talking personal things and outside of banking, it’s disrespectful to other customers. I also witness him talking rude to one of the tellers.

Banker Tim Jensen helped me out of a financial jam and truly went out of his way, went above and beyond to help this chase customer. Grateful for his professionallism, his followup, and his work ethic. Tim will flat out just Get It Done!

I went this location yesterday to get some cash. Was greeted warmly. The teller was very nice and patiently. Very happy. Good service..I felt bad I did not get the teller name. Time is 7/24/2023, from 9:15 to 9:40. Teller is a guy.

Customer service is just not where it needs to be. I went to notarize some documents and it was as if they didn’t want to do it. It was like pulling teeth and the notary Alyssa Gil wasn’t knowledgeable at all.
