The banker here, Maguy is amazing. She went totally above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend Chase to all newcomers to the US.

Best branch I have found in Austin so far. I usually keep good stuff a secret here, but they have attended me w good cust svc the few times i have gone in. Most other branches neglect their patrons here, making them wait a long time. They don't answer phone, but no chase branch does

Odd location next to a starbucks but always a great experience every time I need to come in - the front desk clerks are always super polite and nice, very fast service, almost no wait, it's excellent every time. Parking is iffy but otherwise it's great!
