I bought some couches from them. They never told me that they would charge to deliver! Which I was so annoyed because that is something they should tell you when buying something. How do they know if you have money??? And they take there sweet time to deliver.. smh...

This store small at corner 35 , before purchasing furniture she is so nice by the way her name is Linda. The customer service is horrible. She is such a layer . Also not fixed my furniture. If work properly done I count have give 5 star. I will never recommended this store .

Horrible I bought 2 mattresses from them and wires started coming out the side of the mattress not even 1 month of having them . Then they wanted me to pay MORE to get a different mattress . The wires from the bed cut my sister leg OPEN .

Beware do not purchase furniture from this store they do crooked business they lie about prices they put up false prices on furniture and accent furniture on Facebook and other social media websites to have you come into their store just to find out it's much higher if you finance furniture through them watch out because they marked up the price of furniture that I purchased from them but I had proof of the sales price they marked it up $279 higher than what it was supposed to and they started the finance without me even signing for the furniture then when told about it they lied to myself and the finance company the finance company had to change the price of the furniture due to the proof that I gave them do not buy furniture or they will cheat you also what they're doing is illegal

My husband and I bought a beautiful living room set from this store. Eddie assisted us and he was great. We ordered the furniture from one of the catalogs, and upon delivery the loveseat was scratched. Eddie did not exchange any words with us. We sent pictures of the scratched merchandise and he ordered another love seat and had it delivered post haste. Eddie provided us with the best customer service we've had in a long time in a retail store. We are now looking to purchase a master bedroom set and we will definitely be ordering our set from Casa Mia.

I bought a bed frame and box springs from this place. Beautiful. And they are so nice and welcoming here. I highly recommend it! The delivery service is great as well.

Surprisingly I was greeted upon walking in the door. I myself did not see the clerk but he saw me. That was great! He was knowledgeable of all of his products and shipping charges for the furniture.

This is the worst place to buy furniture I ordered the lamp and paid $200 he told me it'd be a week it's already been going on 8 weeks he never calls you back he keeps telling you he's going to call you I don't deal pieces like this so don't be crazy do not buy any furniture from this guy I think he's also at the fiestas terrible terrible terrible service I just read a review for the lady paid $700 and she's very unhappy with her furniture and he won't refund her money he told me he would refund my money 3 weeks ago and he never answers his phone do not do not buy furniture from this person again I say terrible terrible terrible terrible service if there was I would put a 0 0 0 0
