Priscilla Perez, along with her supervisor failed me. Neither one of them advised me that the first bank account I created on 4 2 24 was going to be closed out on 4 5 24, even though I visited them in person on 4 4 24 to show proof of my driver license and social security card. When I deposited $909.00 in cash On 4 4 24 Into the now closed account, I had no clue that I would suffer losing the account on 4 5 24 and have to wait for the money deposited to reach me via a cashiers check in the mail. I was told the wait is 7 - 10 business days. I have expenses, bills, I shouldn't have to wait for my funds! I called the branch about what happened and emailed Priscilla and never got a call back. Such a rude experience and painful The reason for the in person visit was to Verify my identity to avoid the account being closed What I want for Bank of America to do based on my visit is to Register the in person visit with Bank of America to record the visit actually happened and keep the account from closing. If it is doomed to close, don't let me wait 7-10 business days for the cashiers check to reach me via the USPS mail, this is devastating not having access to my money for so long. Verify my identity to avoid the account being closed I want Bank of America to reprimand Priscilla and her supervisor for failing me, financially. How dare they mess with my livelihood like this and not suffer any consequences. They should have been forced to call me back or at least email me back or else be fired for pure negligence. Bank of America should cut me the cashiers check in person since they forced me to go in person to prove my identity. I shouldn't have to wait for my money to reach me via USPS. That is risky to put my check in the mail. I need my money. I am crying over my loss. Please help me!

I went to this bank for an issue with my account. They were so helpful and professional. All my questions were answered and I felt very reassured that all my issues would be corrected.

Tried to do a deposit, and the manager was the rudest. I understand a transaction not being able to be done, but I don’t understand nor tolerate when being mistreated and being asked questions as if I were a criminal. She could definitively learn some new people skills.

They closed the drive thru permanently and don’t open until a later time of 10 AM. The teller is very nice. I’m unhappy with the technicals of BOA. I need a bank that is convenient for me. Other banks still have their drive thrus open and have better hours. Strongly considering switching to another bank.

Billion dollar business yet only 1 teller; no regard for people's time. They charge you money to cash a check instead of charging the company paying you through them (obviously more profitable to take the money from the poor). Crooks.

The teller at this location, Leticia, needs feedback and training on customer service. She refused to make an appointment for me, after I was directed by the manager to get in in line for her to make me one. She claimed that she didn't have the capability to do so at her computer, that it wasn't her job, "I don't do that". I told her that the banker directed me from the lobby to wait in line to make the appointment with her. She shrugged and said "I don't know why she said that" and brushed me off. She directed me back to the banker to make an appointment with them directly. So, while waiting in the lobby to speak with the banker, 30mins later I see the exact same teller make an appointment for two other customers, even though she told me she couldn't. It felt discriminatory at worst, lazy at best. Luckily Alexandra came out of her office and explained that though this isn't her main branch, she was there to help with overflow, and she helped me without an appointment after 45 mins of waiting in the lobby. I understand customer service is hard and customers can be demanding and rude these days, so I chalked it up as a bad day for the teller and did not confront her about it. We all have bad days. But honestly the teller was dismissive and rude. Luckily the visiting banker saved the day and turned it all around!

Woah! Why are the reviews so low?? I am always so satisfied with the service here. Leticia is amazing and always watching out for my mother and I. By the book.
