So ridiculously overpriced and bad quality. My teenage daughter bought a hot pink T-shirt for $85 and the pink got all over her sports bra and backpack when she put it on, so I tried to return it and get her $ back, but because it had been a month and not within their return period of 7 DAYS (???!!!), she only got store credit. What kind of unreputable business is this??

I have been keeping my eye on their green or yellow 5 stripe jacket for years. When my husband and I took a long weekend in Austin, we passed their store and I went in. The staff was helpful and friendly. My husband surprised me with the yellow jacket I've been coveting. So excited! I love the vintage style.

DO NOT waste your money on this company!! We ordered a hoodie and sweatpants for my daughter for Christmas and they only shipped the sweatpants. You can't reach anyone by phone and they won't respond to my numerous emails with pics and proof that they only sent sweatpants. Apparently, they do this to a lot of their customers from reviews I've read. They'll take your money for their overpriced clothing and not even give you what you paid for. Never again!! Cheaply made clothing that's way overpriced anyway! Should have known better!

Zero online customer service support. They ask you to pay for 2 day air shipping to make sure the product arrives before the holidays and then take 4 days to actually ship! The 2 day shipping turns into 4 and now my items won’t make it in time. I have tried calling MULTIPLE times with no answer and still leaving messages… I have tried emailing the customer support MULTIPLE times during the week to get more detail … nothing! I have purchased from this brand many times for way wife and daughter…. This will be the last time. They do not care.

I love this brand first time going in store staff was super friendly. Yes it is expensive but it’s totally worth it.
