A huge shout out to Gator Towing. Their driver, Dave, was prompt and on time through my call from AAA. We had a car in our driveway that needed a tire change and Dave arrived with a smile and firm handshake. Dave went the extra distance and checked to see if we needed anything else. Definitely 5 star service!! Thank you Dave and Gator Towing.

Waited OVER 6 HOURS for help removing a tire from a great vehicle. It should have been waiting half an hour. That's not the worst of it. It was a very late ETA. Then, after waiting all day and since it was AFTER HOURS when they promised to show up, they never showed up. The promised time came and went. If this is a one-man show, and an emergency bigger than mine happened, then clusterf*** but I doubt it. I have to find someone else during business hours tomorrow and hope that they can hurry. I am now down two days in a row thanks to them. Since this effected 3 people, this review will appear three times.
