Hello, I pulled up a minute before closing cause my tire was going flat and even called while I was in route. They guy told me they would still service me only to look at me when I arrived and close the garage. Very bad experience, especially when I needed help badly

I brought my brand new truck because i have a nail in a tire they took care of it but they didn’t install the wheel center cap properly and i lost it on my way home

Yea I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy they rip you off. I went for a simple patch and they chargede.10$, ok cool. Just so happens I needed a patch on the other side almost a week later a different guy trys to charge me 20$, for a patch? Yea right find yourself another dummy. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

$25 to plug a tire. Just a regular street tire, not low profile or off road tires... But "it's a big tire" lol. They're here to make money like everyone else. Otherwise they do good work.

They rotated my tires for 40 dollars; my wheels - on a brand new truck were scratched in numerous areas from the air impact wrench... I know it happens but its never happened to me before or at any time I've had my tires rotated. They have a sign saying they aren't liable. I am not looking to pursue anything against them I am just disappointed. Its a truck - I get it...

I had a nail in my tire I went to Costco Walmart, discount tire firestone even the dealership for them to just remove the nail and just patch it every single one of them said no they want to replace the entire tire which was gonna cost me about $280-$300 For a whole tire replacement I came to Cruz shop. It was my last hope and the guy told me immediately. I will fix it for you 15 minutes he patched it up and fixed it immediately. I saved $300 because of that guy so thank you for not trying rip me off Cruz shop you guys are amazing thank you again!

Went there because i needed two front tires very badly because i had to take a trip out of town. I got there before opening time that morning and waited for over 30 minutes past opening time and nobody ever showed up to open shop.
