I have a membership which sometimes is a waste of money ! There is not a day that there is not something broken here. I have complained to Corparate it always falls on death ears !

UPDATE: Went back because all the bugs on the front of my car were still there after it was washed several times. They did a great job scrubbing with the brush before I went through the wash. Car looks great now!

Hello. To honest the car wash started off really well. Then, a few months go by and it just went down hill. Most of the power washers in the drive thru don't work. Now a couple of months later since i noticed the issue, and they are still not fixed. I have a membership and thinking of cutting it off.

I enjoy being able to clean my vehicle as frequently as needed, however I've had to replace my hubcaps several times due to the tracks in the wash bay breaking them off of my wheels. I hope the individuals guiding us into the wash bay can assist better in the future. Thinking about canceling my subscription.
