Very disappointed. Felt like the employees do not value their positions or roles in the company. Went in asking for some guidance before making a large purchase but we left far more confused than when we arrived. Employees were not very knowledgeable in regards to their color options. Frustrated with our experience and if we weren't so far away from another location, we would have chosen an alternative store.

i originall went in to purchase some stains to test on several types of wood but the agent helped me and stained all the wood for free! what great customer service!

Nice little store with more than just the basics, like PrepRite, to do home projects. They can also handle the demand of larger users, like contractors and manufacturers.Knowledgeable staff help you find what you need to do the job right.

I literally have NEVER given a review this low before. I went in to the store, the bell rang when I walked in. No one came out, no one hollered out "we'll be right with you." I went ahead and began looking for the colors I might be interested in and walked around looking for supplies After about 20 minutes, still no one came out. I finally left without ever seeing or speaking to a single person. Doubtful I will ever see the inside of the store again.
