The Sales and Service Teams are AMAZING! Anytime I've ever had an issue, my concerns have been handled promptly, and I've been kept in the loop every step of the way. And EVERY team member I've interacted with has always been extremely professional. They truly go above and beyond to ensure each customer is handled with care.

Just called for a test drive on a car and now I'm bombarded with calls and voicemails daily.
I received 6 calls a day which gets EXTREMELY annoying.
Please don't even bother reaching out to these people, otherwise you'll be getting calls and voicemails left and right.
Plus it's the same guy that's leaving the voicemail with the same exact message. Dylan....The guy that does not get the hint.
I blocked the number but he's still leaving voicemails. I don't understand how you guys have so much time.
I hardly had time to write this. I have too many meetings during the week.

All of the negative review on here is true if not it’s forced to bought review, I can't believe it because the first time we went it was doing okay but we weren't signing paper till tomorrow. Come back to purchased a different higher trim vehicle, the manager Rick try to throw in shady deal add-on that can't be taken out. First day the add on were 11k, today he put it to 15k. Come to buy cash car no finance, he want all that cash as down payment and finance the adds-on. I got to applaud him for that out of the ass thinking though. Say can show me a 2021 for cheaper, show a 2020 and hoping we won't notice and we just leave. We just about to head to Houston for 2023 Santa fe quotes 5k cheaper than them. Though I could purchased a vehicle here to save 3 hours drive. Run if you see him.

They were able to do all my recalls on the same day. Glad they had the parts to complete them all and didn't have to wait. They even honored a recall that was published a while back for a clockspring. With new clockspring, I have access to all of my steering wheel buttons and my horn again. Thank you Vandergriff Hyundai for the awesome service.

This dealership has been the best for buying a car and service. I see the same people when I come back. The app is so easy to use and communication by text through the app is like hitting the easy button. I am sent pictures through text for approval. I can pay through text. It's just too easy to service my car.

Just bought a 2024 Santa Fe from Mark H. He was very personable and laid back. Took a few days with me, because I was unsure of which car was the better fit. Not to mention pricing. However, when I was ready to buy, they of course did the whole back and forth thing, you know? The "this is the best we can do" ... I kept trying to leave, but they had my keys. Each time he said, let me go get your keys, he came back without them but with another offer. This continued until 10pm ... I'd been there for 7 hours. Mind you, this is with a employee partner program (which they never let me see their retail sticker price, which they are supposed to) and they should have honored the offer I'd gotten online, but they didn't. Then despite the money down, they didn't take the TTL from that, instead they rolled it into the loan, bring the payments up by$20 ... The also wanted to add the warranty stuff for an extra $20, so rather than be honorable (since they'd forced me to sign papers saying I agreed to the TTL being rolled in (which wasn't paper, it was in a tablet that you can not really see or read, but auto fills your signature for you - and after 7 hours without my medication, I simply signed to get out of there, my fault) I understand why they wouldn't rework the loan, but they could have been honorable and given me the warranty program at no extra charge (since, per Fernando, it was only $20 a month) ... But no. Didn't happen.
Then after a month and change they get my tags, which my sales person said he'd put on for me, they even had a post it note on the tags that said this. In their own writing, However, my sales person no longer works there, so they can't even honor putting my tags on for me.
The reason this is important, is because on the front of the car there is no plate to put the plate into. All it is is the fiberglass or whatever the car is made of straight down. So the guy today said "I don't feel comfortable putting holes in that" and said that maybe "maybe" the service department could do it but they were closed.
Horrible service. All around and now because I was held hostage, I'm stuck with this dealership for 5 years. I like the vehicle and it's not the Santa Fe's fault the people are the way they were. However, now I find out there are several recalls on this vehicle, I've just today about airbags. The other is about transmission issue (which they were recalling and having to give people a whole new car over) but the service department was closed. So now, I have to make a whole other out of the way trip just to find out if my car is a death trap.
Do you research, be sure. Never give them your keys, so that you can leave when you want and if you want a Hyundai, I suggest going to another dealer in the DFW area. We dealt with this dealership about 7 years out more ago and we wouldn't have let them tell us they'd changed, because they haven't.
So, no, I do not recommend this dealership (sorry I wrote a book, but damn it, this was a very expensive lesson)

Great service and great deal from Jared C. at Vandergriff Hyundai. No matter how far you drive, you will save money.
UPDATE..... UPDATE.....UPDATE!!!!!!!One month after the sale I had issues with receiving items discussed, such as tire locks for the car I purchased. Called and texted many times, no response. HAS NOT CALLED BACK OR RESPONDED AFTER SALE. This is very sad that Jared was just about the sale but forgets you afterward, especially if something is needed and should have come with the car.

BEWARE !!
I Bought a new car from Vandergriff Hyundai in October 2021 - radio was not working and had to be replaced USING MY TIME for repeated attempts to get radio working and several trips to and waiting at Vandergriff Hyundai to get radio replaced. February 2022, I had a low tire pressure light come on and I went to my local Discount Tire where I learned that Vandergriff Hyundai had sold and delivered to me, their customer - a new car with and 8 year old, wrong size tire on it. I had traded in a 2016 Hyundai Elantra - so the New Car I bought from Vandergriff Hyundai had a tire on it that was OLDER than the car I traded in. DECEPTIVE PRACTICES AND SAFETY ISSUE.
So I bought a new car from Vandergriff Hyundai, spent ALL kinds of time getting the car working properly and SAFELY USING MY TIME.
VANDERGRIFF HYUNDAI SCREWED ME.
