It’s a shame what my hair looked like when I walked out of this salon. It looked better when I came in. My former stylist no longer works here so I tried another. If a stylist is new, they need to be trained because the customer won’t know if they are new or not until they get there and see the final results. My stylist wanted to sing and laugh at the other comedian stylist (who I see is still around being loud and unprofessional)….when she need to be trained on doing simple hairstyling. I don’t know what kind of flat iron she was using because all I heard was a bunch of clicking…it must have been cheap and not a quality iron because my hair looked a mess.

Took my daughter to get her hair cut to her shoulders but looks like a bob more like, idk I feel could have been thinned out at the ends it just looks choppy and very poofy. It wasn’t the stylist I scheduled apt with, she wasn’t in so another lady did her hair. My daughter has wavy almost curly hair and I feel the hairstyle she did didn’t them out especially after brushing it, especially since she cut her hair not wetting it or doing anything to it after, her curls were gone. I had to request for her to style her hair then her curls showed. I wouldn’t say is bad, it’s pretty just not her style maybe. Friendly staff at least especially the lady at the front and one lady who helped recommended a product as I’m looking for new products to give a try. Would like to post a pic but doesn’t let me.

I have been going here for years with no issue. I made an appointment on a Sunday to have an all over color, highlights and a haircut. The stylist called me the day before to come in earlier on Sunday to do a strand test. I arrived early and no strand test was was done, I told him the cut I wanted, and he did the haircut first. He then proceeded to color my hair and then after that was done he did the highlights. I was in a chair for 4 1/2 hours. My hair is very fine and thinned due to age, and I told him that the day before. He struggled with the highlights and I told him if it was too difficult then don’t do it, but he continued and said it’s ok. He didn’t even check the haircut after my hair was washed he just dried it and sent me on my way..when I got home I noticed long strands of hair that were not even cut. I am so unhappy, that I called the manager and told her my concerns and she took my number and never even responded back. My hair looks terrible, and I will never go back here again. The manager obviously doesn’t care since she never even called me back. Ridiculous service.

So bad of services and rude people they do not know what they are doing please save your hair do not go here smells like poop water dirty the water backs up when they wash your hair I don't see how they are in business unprofessional

The 2 stars is for my stylist only! Ms. Pennye is amazing!! Unfortunately I am a bit annoyed with the equipment!! I have to sit for hours for my hair to dry!! You have to spend money to make money!!! I don't want to even come back here because the equipment/ dryers are awful!!! Like this is ridiculous!! I try not to complain but this isn't working for me. I love my stylist and her craft and this salon equipment is really annoying!!! GET NEW DRYERS PLEASE!!!!!!THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME!

It was my first time at this salon. As soon as I saw that she didn’t know why she was doing I knew I should’ve said nah just a little trim. I asked for short hair and I even showed her the picture and she just did a cut all around. She didn’t know how to blow dry my hair I came out with short puffy hair with no style to it. Never going back again.

Cindy T. Is the best. She has been doing my hair for over a year always a great job and makes sure hair is well treated. My lighter hair she did last year and I just came back for darker. LOVE IT !!!

Thought it look great in the salon, got home and realize it has a green tint,, checked in different lighting to make sure. Absolutely the worst coloring I have ever had professionally, the haircut looks extremely horrible, like levels not layered. I am so upset and disappointed I thought being considered a “ Master Designer” I would get quality work. I now have to have it repair, cutting several inches off and a correction color.
My coat will end up being an additional $300.00 after spending addition to the $80.00 spent on 12/01/2022, and the $175.00 on 12/03.
I will never refer your salon to anyone.
I beyond disappointed and know JCP Salon will to nothing to make it right.

Awful Service. Very rude and unprofessional. My hairdresser left me to go work on another client that I'm assuming was her friend, and left me for 2 whole hours. Her response was " I forgot about you." Another thing was that the hair dresser and I agreed to a price of $105 but on the day of she threw a fit and demanded $150. Really horrible place.
