Will not recommend spectrum. The manager is too lazy to generate bills or email them. They don't give a shit about users. Xfinity is far better than this. The internet speed is shit as well.

I want to commend store employee Juan. He exemplifies excellence in customer care. Any employee who wants to be great in service/ care for customers, observe Juan.??

9 customers waiting in line, 6 employees on the floor. 1 employee is helping a customer, all the others are standing around watching the 1 employee work, and watching the customers standing around waiting. Worst experience of my week...

This store has the slowest employees ever. Really dealing with a customer over 30mins? Literally setting their phone for them? They can do that in their house. This store needs more employee too because the wait time is so slow.

Found promotion online with Spectrum Mobile. Purchased phone for 400, regular price 1000. Phone financed for 3 years. I've been making extra payments on the device itself. Customer service told me I have to pay the full price of 1000 before the promotion shows on my account. I'm still only paying 400 for the phone but I have to first pay the 1000 and then the promotion will hit my account as a $600 credit. At that point I have to call and ask for a refund to be credited to the card I used at time of purchase.

I went in without a reservation to get my new phone service activated and my data transfered from my old phone to my new phone. When I walked in I caught an employee walking across the room and asked how you make a reservation ahead and he said go to the website. That is funny because I was in the app and on the website prior to driving to the location but, I didn't see any way to make a reservation. I even attempted to make a phone call with the number that Google search supplied for THE store and all it did was send me to the automated voice service of regular spectrum calls and not the store. There was an extended wait on the phone and even after 15 minutes I did not get a representative. It was getting late so I drove to the location. After I waited about 40 minutes until I was called to an employee I was brushed aside within 5 minutes because the process of transferring my phone information to my new phone was going to take some time. That irritated me because of all of the time I wasted sitting in the lobby. If there was someone to talk to prior to waiting and doing nothing for 40 minutes then, my transfer from one phone to another wouldn't have taken that long. In fact, my information transfer took so long that I was the last person out of the store after the closing hours. I stood at an adjacent counter for 45-50 minutes waiting for the transfer to complete so I could get help with the rest of the process of bringing my number over to spectrum and activating my service. Instead, I wasted and hour and a half sitting and then waiting at the store because not one of the employees there were able to help me. I wasted so much time and I was not able to get the help I needed or what I wanted accomplished.
In summary I would recommend that Spectrum add an employee to greet customers as they walk in and help move their process along so the employees at the registers can get the customers finished and not waste their time waiting in the lobby with no help whatsoever. I have other things to do than keep the seats warm in the lobby. If I go to a Spectrum store location it is to get the help I need and wait a long for a brush off.
Not off to a good start with spectrum phone and this is the second bad experience at a spectrum store. The East Chase Ft Worth, TX location gave me a broken internet modem a few years ago. It took three service techs coming to my residence to figure out the problem and initially they tried to charge me a fee for their screw up. As much as spectrum wants to do everything for people, it's 0 for 2 in the customer service department.
