Rally House Arlington went above and beyond to help me exchange my online purchase for a TCU sweatshirt in a different size. They found the sweatshirt, held it for me, and had it ready to exchange when I arrived. Great customer service and a very well stocked store.

Google stated this store had Green Bay Packers apparel and it had nothing for this time at all. Extremely disappointed driving 1 hour plus to this location.

I ordered online and still no notification my order is ready for pick up 24 hours later. I have called, left messages and called corporate and chatted online to receive call back. Nothing. Spoke with other location and they told me to keep calling. No use. How can no one answer or contact me after all methods?? Especially when other store tried to help.

This place is amazing! So much selection of tops, bottoms, jerseys, hats and everything else for your favorite Texas college and professional sports teams, as well as several other teams from different states. Prices are fair and comparable to Fanatics or any of those other online shops. If I didn't have to pack it in a luggage I would've bought half the store. Worh the visit if you are in the area to get yourself some gear before the game!

Just left this store. Extremely rude sales women. Literally drove 4 hours to come to this location before the rangers game. The lady working the customs print jersey refused to help me and then the older lady with short hair at checkout did not want to help me at all. Finally when I asked to see a jersey behind counter she was so rude then completely walked off and wouldn't check us out. So disappointed!!! However the young guy at the counter was nice.

I received help from a really nice, young lady in the afternoon this past Tuesday finding Rangers Tshirts for the game later that day. She helped me find the ones I liked online and was so kind. I did not get her name, but she looked of Southwest Asian descent. The store itself had tons of selection as well. I will definitely be back, like Schwarzenegger, but in a good way!
