I have had an issue w/ Sunroof in the Telluride since late July. I have dealt w/ Anthony (service manager) since this started. We had at least 3 different issues that I had to go back to dealership/ a little frustrating/ however Anthony never quit on me - keep me in the loop & worked it all out. Thank you Anthony

Very poor service and absolutely no communication from the service personnel & the service manager up reporting the incident appeared a little cool. All around very poor service.

Had an issue with my car that I was unsure how to really explain. The Vanguard Service team was able to quickly diagnose the issue without error codes. This is my first Kia and I was 10k miles away from having no warranty and they still treated me like I have always owned Kia vehicles, like royalty actually. Matthew and Anthony kept me super informed throughout the entire process. From time of drop off to a repaired Telluride was just two weeks and two days which i feel is impressive due to the steps needed to get a warranty request submitted and approved and not ordering parts until approved. I could not be more pleased with the level of service I have always received from the Vanguard Service team! It also speaks volumes that I have only needed warranty once, so I have just been here for routine service needs, but my name is known.
So grateful to have my car back!

Jonathan in the service department was awesome! He had great communication and thoroughly explained everything. He was very patient with my questions and very accommodating. The service received was THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Vehicle fixed and running great without any hassle!
I normally hate dealing with dealerships and their service departments, but Vanguard Kia’s service department was outstanding! I never had to call in for updates, they called me regularly with updates. Normally at other dealerships I would have to call in for updates several times and would leave several voicemails waiting for answers.

I thought I had a deal online with one of their vehicles had to price financing. All I have to do is to drive it do a little figuring with the original numbers in the deal was done. Because I am buying it online once I got there they had totally different numbers totally different financing add a lot of extra money go to the car for no reason whatsoever. I never ever had of a bait and switch like that before. I would not recommend this dealership of all shady deals to add extra money on your purchase. I would not highly recommend this dealership, buyers beware

Nothing has changed as I continuously receive the same OUTSTANDING service I’m accustomed to always receiving! George has been my personal Service Advisor for years and I have never encountered less than OUTSTANDING service. George makes customers feel as though they’re his only customer with the personalized care and treatment provided. His associates are all just as kind; even the new hires and trainees! Everyone offers great customer service which is most definitely HIGH on their list of importance!

Everyone is so helpful at this KIA dealership! I love that they do a multipoint inspection and also a free carwash each time you come in and that they take the time to address every concern you have about your car.
