the worse apartments at uta they will charge students randoms high fees out of no where almost half of the students have put up for prelease I hate it here feel very unsafe with my little small dog! Terrible management!

Absolutely disgusting hallways and apartments. I hope no one gets sucked into this scam of an apartment. There are cheaper and seriously far better options on campus.Everything smells moldy and garbage is visible almost everywhere.

Trash has been stacked up in hallways for over a week. We always lose power and they charge 75 extra to your account . Not happy with the management or how much extra you get charged for property parking .
