Tried to buy wiper blades and the person attending refused to help with the advertised free installation. Asked for a refund on the spot and drove down the block to Autozone instead l.

I went in to ask for a check engine light check, employee handed me the device and told me to do it myself. When I said I don't know how to use the machine, he tried teaching me instead of coming out to do it. Very unhelpful, worst customer service!
