Awesome customer service at this O'Reilly Auto Parts store. They helped me with every thing that I needed for my car Inspection at the JiffyTube Mechanic Shop. I also highly recommend that JiffyTube on the side of this O'Reilly Auto Parts store. They are all very patient, kind, and courteous mechanics. THIS HOT SPOT IS A GOOD COMBINATION FOR YOUR CAR MANTINANCE NEEDS. If I COULD GIVE A 10 STAR RATING FOR BOTH OF THESE PLACES, I WOULD!! ?? Very Satisfied Customer.

Our experience was great. We walked in there and were nicely greeted by Marga (according to the receipt) and she was prompt and efficient installing the wiper blades that we purchased. Thank you, very much. Two thumps up and more for this lady!

Good afternoon, I just wanted to send a note to let you all know that the store manager at the location 5714 Forest Bend Dr, Arlington, TX 76017 is absolutely unprofessional and rude. His name is Ian. Every encounter that we have with him is completely unacceptable. He refuses to provide basic customer service. We have been long of standing customers with Oreilly's. We actually switched over to Oreilly's from AutoZone due to customer service. This manager, Ian, is atrocious. I would never recommend this location and would almost goes as far as to say that we will no longer be using this company if this is the type of managers that you will employee. He's completely out of line, disrespectful, rude, and does NOT care of providing basic customer service to PAYING customers that are in your stores. DO not recommend.

Needed a quick battery charging and as usual I was happy with the friendliness and the quick fix on my battery. The problem is I still had to buy a new battery but I was able to drive to Firestone and pick up one. You know heat ? or cold ❄ will make your battery die if you don't change it before the end of it's service months. Oh just trying to get a couple of more trips before buying a new one ?

Miguel here was wonderful! Had a tail light out and was going to change it myself at home. I noticed the screws were stripped and my DIY options weren't working. I went to O'Reilly's to buy the bulb and mentioned the screws to Miguel. He came out and took a look and immediately noticed I could use the socket wrench. I went back in to make the purchase and Miguel came out and removed the light and replaced it with the new one! He went above and beyond.
