The manager was a great help and took the time to get a good
measurement on both feet. I have been wearing a 15b but found
out a 14AA was a better fit. Thanks for taking the extra time to be sure I got the best fit.

She was very patient even when I brought out my duffel bag of shoes to show her what I’ve purchased in the past. ?

Greatly enjoying my New Balance 990 shoes. They felt amazing from the moment I put them on and still feel great a couple of weeks later. As a person who has neuropathy, they definitely help with long walks and just daily activities. Would recommend these highly.

This store is my favorite place to go to for all of my New Balance shoes, and other items. The store is well stocked and the staff there is super nice and knowledgeable. I really like this location, although I don't live in the area.

Spent close to $300 in there last week, and got home and realized they gave me the encap’s. Shoes were definitely uneven because I am in tons of knee pain that I’m not normally in. Not a happy camper.

Quiet area, we went in kinda early. Didn't have the shoes we were looking for but the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Helped get some nice insoles and looked into if another location had what we were looking for sneaker-wise. Super friendly staff. Clean store.
