Please, do not live here. Bad memories every time I passed by these departments. In summery: Dirty, the smell of weed whenever you open the door to go outside, cockroaches (a lot of them!) …etc. If could go back in time never ever would rent here.

At the beginning of the year I went to see these apartments, but I still didn't apply this past weekend, I went again. The staff was very different, very friendly, the girls took good care of me, if I'm not mistaken, her name is Lupe, the girl who showed me the apartment. I liked the apartment because it is very well renovated

We moved here on January 3, on January 10 the hot air broke, we spent the entire winter with the heating broken, we went for 3 weeks every day to ask them to fix the problem (they never did, I still have the air hot broken). Now in the summer I went to the administration 2 weeks ago because the cold air was making a lot of noise, it was obvious that it was about to break, until it broke. We have already been without air for 2 days and with very high temperatures, it is impossible for us to sleep at night, the only thing they tell us from administration is that they are going to come to fix it and they never come. No one who pays more than $1000 in rent deserves to live like this.

Since January 10 we have had a broken air conditioning, we went to the office for three weeks in a row and they gave us no answer.
Every time we go the administration staff is new and they make excuses to come to solve the problems, whether it's something at least they take months to come.
I don't recommend it at all, they are dirty, noisy and old.
As of today, July 11, WE STILL HAVE BROKEN AIR, with these high temperatures you cannot be in the apartment, much less sleep.
The 5 star comments are clearly not from people who live here, don't be fooled!

These apartments are bad company, you see, I have been living here for a year and I don't like this experience of these apartments at all, because first in my apartment, where I live, it is a disaster since there are many cockroaches, thousands and thousands of these insects and a day when I was sleeping there were 5 cockroaches in my room and one of them almost got into my ear, and it's nothing every time I go out or turn off the lights, in 3 or 4 minutes there is a parade of cockroaches walking through the kitchen and the bad thing is that my products, food, etc. are damaged and we have already had illnesses, very bad apartments and another one, they do not respect the residents. There is a girl who treats the residents badly and we are only residents and sometimes we are nice to her and what she does is treat us badly, and some who live here in these apartments usually have parties in the pools but the pools are not open yet and they usually go in there without permission and then they do all kinds of things, they do things like smoke and bring marijuana and they do things that are for older people (you know what I mean) and that pool is supposed to be closed and family-friendly, it doesn't make me feel good because it's a community and there are children hanging around and they see that the nights I've had I haven't been able to sleep for those parties that lack respect and are very expensive and on the other hand they give you an apartment that is sometimes in poor condition and not finished very badly, the truth is

I WOULD RECOMMEND NO ONE TO RENT HERE. It is such a hostile and unpleasant treatment that they give you when you go to the office for whatever situation you are going through with the apartment. Think twice if you want to live in this place. I have never seen such bad management. Do not delete my opinion, I am only telling the truth ? and study because you need a lot of education ?.

**Current Resident here, AGAIN** 5/13/24
Day 6 without A/C guys...
have this in consideration when yall come here looking for an apartment, they literally take days and even weeks to repair the bare minimum. How can somebody be without A/C in this heat, and they treat this situation like its nothin.
Went to the office on Thurday the 9th, to ask for a air filter that they provide. I was told they sent someone to replace it earlier. IT WAS A LIE!! I had to buy one at walmart cause the office was closed on friday. I called to ask for a update on the repair, i was told id get a call back.... im still waitin!! And im one of the few that pays over $1k for a one bedroom, this is how much they care about their residents once yall sign that lease.
