This is a good place to get lab work. They’re on the fourth floor. Usually in and out in less than 30 minutes. Skilled phlebotomists who are courteous and professional. …except for one time.. ?

What a difference!!! After being at the N Fielder Rd Lab we went to this location. It was totally a different experience. We were attended by Kerry and Connie, they were so professional and considerate with me and my son, they took their time to do the procedure and explained the process with a very kind attitude. Definitely we will go back to this Lab in the future.

Parking is a nightmare right now during construction. The physicians building has valet preferential paid VIP parking in the front. Even that is a nightmare because there’s barely any room. I left to go to another Labcorp.

Hands down the absolute worst experience I’ve had. I have been in and out of hospitals and doctors my whole life. And not once have been ignored this much. There is never anyone at the front desk. Waited an hour and a half to finally be seen. I’ve watched everyone come after me leave before me. All I was doing was giving a blood sample at that. Everyone was clearly upset at the way they run things. Everyone’s questions got ignored everytime someone stepped out the door to grab another patient. There is also a sign on the wall saying come to front desk if waiting more than 30 minutes. Then waiting another 15 minutes at the desk. After repeatedly saying hello in the window. While hearing constantly giggling and chatting in the back rooms. They are extremely unhelpful. The only one I’d give props to is the lady who took my blood. What’s ridiculous is on my way down the elevator. To go to my dr. Because they couldn’t find anything from him. I saw her going up. I then saw my dr. Came back. And she is the one who took my blood. She was very professional, quick, and understanding. Other than that. I’d give zero starts to this lab corp if possible. Will never return to this location again.

How about employeeing someone at the front desk to help with signing patients in? Very rude staff. I'll make sure our doctors don't send us here again.

Horrible place!!!! I had a sample that needed to be dropped off and must stay refrigerated. Arrived at 7:30 to drop off as they opened at 7:30. No one was at the desk and I checked in via the kiosk. Waited, and waited, and waited. More people came in and they weren’t calling anyone back. Another person knocked on the door and no one answered. You call the main number and they never answer. Called multiple times, no answer. Called their corporate number and they tried calling and said even they couldn’t get anyone to answer either and there was nothing they could do. Waited more than 30 minutes before a nurse came out. I showed her my bag and said I was just dropping off a sample that had to be refrigerated. The nurse rudely snapped at me that I had to wait my turn and went back inside. I’ve been here now almost an hour and I’m still waiting. My sample is probably ruined now and I’m late for work. Will NEVER return to this place.

This place is an absolute joke. They left me sitting for 45 minutes waiting on them to finish their bull session. 8am 9:05 am and still didn't get service. Horrible staff is an understatement

The waiting time is ridiculous. The staff is not the friendliest. Been in the waiting areas for 25min not one person at the front desk. They seem to have issues printing electronically sent orders. Unfortunately seems to be the norm with Labcorp.
