Jerry's General Automotive has provided quality service at a fair price to our whole family for years. We value their expertise and know they give their utmost every time we need help. Changing out a motor, fixing catalytic converters, oil changes and car inspections are just some of the many things they have done for us. They genuinely care about their customers and we consider them family.

We took my son’s car in with electrical problems. It suddenly just wouldn’t start. Electrical problems are a really difficult problem to diagnose and we were afraid it was going to be really expensive to fix. I can not say enough good things about the people at Jerry’s. They were friendly, professional and efficient and they fixed our problem that same day. The charge was very fair and we were very pleasantly surprised with how easy they made getting this car back on the road. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any friend or family member. I believe they are a business you can trust to be fair and do the work right.

This is not the first time Jerry's has been a problem for my family but it will be the last time. They are so conveniently located I thought I would give them another try. However, in repairing my steering wheel shifter the cracked a large part of my dash and just commented that it was old anyway. They claimed to top off my oil but it was 2 quarts low when I got home, a 3 mile drive. Previously they told my son they had fixed his rear AC but it wasn't working when they picked up their vehicle. They also told the same son they fixed the strange noise coming form his left front wheel. we could her it loudly on the way home. Strike 4, I am done.

Had gotten really burned by my first (and last) visit to Christian Brothers (Mansfield) and was needing an honest, no nonsense mechanic. I recently moved out of state and didn't know who to trust. I called Jerrys and spoke to Mike. He LISTENED and never tried to schmooze or double talk me. They worked on my car, gave me a very fair price, and told me what needed doing in the future. I feltand good about choosing Jerry's and can whole heartedly recommend them for being honest, professional, helpful, and down to earth.Thank you Jerry's! I'll be going back.

These guys are great for dealing with our Doge Durango and soon our Jeep Grand Cherokee as well. They chased down an issue with failed hydraulic motor mounts (who designed those anyway?) and are now swapping notoriously difficult under-seat batteries.Will definitely be back again.

I have been a customer of Jerry's for years, and I'll never go anywhere else! I always get the best services for the best price. Unlike the dealership, and every other repair shop I've been to, they don't talk down to me just because I'm a woman. They are thorough and efficient. And quick! Even if a part has to be ordered, it never takes long. You can trust that you won't get the run around here, and you won't be over charged or sold services you don't need. They take the time to explain every service and part. They will even show you on your vehicle what the issue is. I've gone in for a check engine light, turned out a cable was loose. They didn't charge me. Did I mention that they're the best? The absolutely are! They care about the safety of you and your vehicle!
