Got my truck stolen today. Literally all they had to do was cut off the ikon device. Even left it in the parking lot for me.Never even received a notification.

Not a good app to use for your car gps tracker. App started not working. Called their support and no help. Everytime i call, their front desk will answer and will not connect to their support team member. Front desk very unhelpful. They should be reported to BBB and dealer should stop using them.
