From the first I stepped into I.T. Fitness I could feel the energy, and passion Michael Booker had for helping others reach their fitness goal. I felt like it would be the place that would change my life. I have seen some awesome results from working out at I.T. Fitness. Michael Booker always makes personal training/bootcamp sessions interesting, challenging and fun. Everyone motivates you to do your best and to keep going when you think you can't. This is truly one of the best facilities I've trained at. You will totally love it and I promise you will see results.

I am skeptic when it comes to personal trainers sometimes, however my daughter needed some type of fitness class and here was Michael Booker with his I.T. Fit Kids Class. I said to myself, until I see some results in my 10 year old daughter, I will not believe the hype. The proof is in the pudding....right!! Well after my daughter attended I.T. Fit Kids on regular basis, I noticed one day her quad muscles had flexed out while she was working/going through the drills. I noticed that all they kids were loosing weight, gaining muscle, being competitive and having a lot of fun. I noticed their agility, and how fast they were going through the ladder drills (their feet look like little ninjas). I said, "Wow!" Then I said to myself, this is worth my money! My husband took my daughter to JumpStreet, and they were playing dodge ball....no one could get my daughter out. She was too fast...too quick....she was I.T. Fit. My daughter's confidence has gone up tremendously and she has met a lot of new friends in the process. Thanks Michael....my family and I love I.T. Fit Kids...it was an answered to a prayer.

I have stuck with this one! My story is just like yours: pay a big name gym and never go. I have been with I.T. Fitness since June and I love it. Michael is a great trainer and really keeps you motivated with his positive energy and fun work outs. He let's you know he cares about you, and makes sure you're tired when you leave. Other attributes are the scheduling, they offer various classes that fit my schedule and I always get a great workout. If you're looking for a great fitness experience, this is the place.You really do become part of the family.

I absolutely love working out at I.T. Fitness. I have had previous trainers and worked out in other facilities, but it doesn't compare with working out with Micheal Booker. He challenged my body beyond my beliefs. He took the time not only to concentrate on the physical by pushing me, but he also focused on my nutrition. He made sure I ate correctly. There were many days that I thought that I wasn't going to make it and I wanted to quit, but he never let me have an "easy" day. And for that I say thank you. My body has been sculpted and I am in the best physical condition I have ever been in my life. For the first time, I was able to get off of all of my diabetic medication and I will have to think that I.T. Fitness played a major role in that. Not just Micheal Booker, but everyone that works out there. Everyone motivates you to do your best and be better than you were the day before. Try this facility out. You will totally love it. It is worth every penny and I promise you will see results.
