I’ve been living here for almost two years now, and I must say, I’m really impressed with how well-maintained the grounds are – always clean and welcoming. The manager, assistant manager, and leasing consultant are truly amazing. They are always professional, friendly, and quick to help resolve any issues. The pool is well-maintained, and the upkeep of the structure is not too bad either. Work orders are completed in a timely manner, and I’m happy to report that I’ve never had any problems with pests in my home. One thing I would love to see added is a fenced dog park on the property. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here!

So I went to go tour this place today I have read the reviews.and they all have been bad .but I need to find a place..like I don't even know we're to begin.. we start the tour. And the pool Which is tiny..looked like it was from the 80s.. outdated..no shade coverage..no chairs..nothing .the gym. Which it was closed...looked like it was from the 80s..so I asked can we have shades..nope .well I'm like that's cool..so you gn get eaten buy bugs .or rain on buy bad weather...so we get to the apt . Which it was all the way in the back...no golf cart to drive us..they had workers just sitting their doin nothing...just looking at us...like arent you supposed to be doing your job...we get to the apt...and walk in ..and you can tell this hasnt been updated it was from the 90s..the stuff they did try and up date it was just painted over..down to the 90s carpet and the lenionmaon...like fr..so I was like let me check the patio..and remind you this was on 2nd floor next to stair case..they legit had a gate onto the patio from the stair Case...im like wooowww okkk thats safe...like fr?????...then im like ok Gona check out the kitchen nope....parts were fallen...it was cleary painted over...I'm like next..go check out the room...and this was the winner I walk in and see 4 dead roaches...just laying their..and this is an empty apt ...let me remind you ..I was like nope ..done .I'm out. Shes likes what's wrong..I'm like you have 4 dead roaches.....clearly you have a infested problem....and she's like idk what you talking about..I'm like right here....look...clear as day..I'm like yah I'm definitely won't be renting from you....and I was like don't worry I will show my self out... Basically do not rent from this dump ..they clearly don't care.and just . money hungry..the reviews are right....?????? Run far away...and also I would hate to have my water shut off constantly..like why would you do that to people...you need water..???..this place I sware....

IF YOUR SCARED OF RATS DO NOT MOVE HERE PERIOD. Told them about a rat coming through the laundry room and the office manger told me that’s not an emergency we have to wait till Monday for pest control. Moved in less than 5months ago and was told yesterday that there has been big holes behind washer/dryer and that means the apartment was never move in ready. Just please be cautious with the hunters point because all respect has been lost today. I called first thing 9am about a rat problem and was told maintenance will come. That took till 5:00pm before closing for them to come. This means that this is their regular response time for things like this and after I called again they didn’t even pick up their phone -2/5 rating for me.

I lived here for 2 years and it was great for the most part. Here are pros and cons below based off my experience:
Pros: it's a quiet area for the most part, maintenance tickets were always answered quickly, maintenance never made me feel unsafe. Management is great, Esther and Bridgette were always there to answer questions, I enjoyed their personalities.
Cons: there is a lot of roaches, I think this could be fixed if they handled pest control for everyone. I found my own trick to keep roaches away. I lived on the first floor and every now and then the noises from up above were heard clearly, again it wasn't daily but when it was, you could hear conversations, people walking/running. The cabinets are pretty old and you can tell. The water is shut off when maintenance is needed but they do warn everyone.
overall, it's a decent place to consider.

My daughter has lived here for maybe almost 4 years. Ive only lived here, on and off the last year or two. We had a few issues..But! Esther is very sweet and takes care of her residents, if ever a problem happens. Maintenance is great to. They take very well care of this property. It’s affordable & If you are looking for a safe nice place to live. Then these would be the best apartments. They have security late evening as well. Happy apartment hunting..
