I went in today to get an alignment and oil change done. I genuinely love their work, I fully trust them. My car felt so much better after that alignment and oil change! I like that they don’t take advantage of me like how some men try with the prices since I’m a woman. I previously went to one of their competitors and they left my previous car full of leafs and a broken headlight. I understand my car wasn’t the best looking at the time but you should at least return a car how it was given to you. Ever since then Gio’s does an excellent job! They return the car just the way it came in, nothing broken or a mess! I will continue to return to them! ??

I sent my daughter to get her car aligned at Gio’s my daughter called me at work and put Sergio on where he informed me the car needed alignment but would require new tires and he would sell me the tires. When I told him I wasn’t ready to replace the tires he became argumentative. I called back and spoke with the other technician and he apologized and agreed I should have been informed of the tire issue prior to charging me $67.00 for a report. After extensive investigation I have concluded the tires play no role in the alignment as it is done off the wheels and Sergio at Gio’s was trying to take advantage of my young daughter.

Very sharp professional they take care of the customers vehicle like it was their own. I'm definitely coming back for any other services or aftermarket parts.

They were able to look at a truck I was wanting to buy. They found problems with the vehicle that the dealership did not disclose so I ended up not getting it. Great and trustworthy mechanics.

Not to great I got a wheel alignment for a Toyota truck done here and I had to go back multiple times to get a wheel alignment corrected, he did fix it after several tries but if you want something done right the first time id recommend going elsewhere.

I called to ask for information, and they didn't even have time to say if they had someone who spoke Spanish, they just repeated "english, english, english" wooww 2 years to answer, awesome customer service. ???

Worse experience ever i got here yesterday 14/06/2023,If u don't have experience with car stuff don't go there they will keep charging u money to replace stuff, i went to do alignment for my car and they charge me 150 for alignment and 150 for replace rear toe arms, when i got car i tested and car still not drive equals, zack was the technical guy when i back to him and told him rudely and with no shy ask another 150$ if he put it on alignment again, meaning if they do stuff for u theres no warranty simply for alignment they don't give warranty cuz they want charging Exra money,I took the car right away to another alignment guy who's down the street, and he found there's no alignment in the car and the part they put it is broken (arm toe passangerside),I'm dealer and I'm going to reach the management and will reports that to city and responsible sites as well

came here for a alignment cause my car is slammed and i had a friend recommend them and i went and they are nice people and did very well on the alignment and after i got home i noticed my front passenger side coil was making a weird sound like something was loose and i didnt think much of it and i kept driving and it just got worse and worse so i jacked my car up last night and went to look and come to find out one of my sway bar bolts was completely pletly loose and about to fall off and if that did happen it would of been a very expensive repair so if you come here definitely do a check of ur car whenever u get home and make sure nothing is loose or anything..picture 1 is how the bolt looked after looking to see whats wrong and picture 2 is how the bolt is supposed to be.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Zack a d Sergio are very knowledgeable and do excellent work. If parts need to be replaced they will show you the old part and what all needed to be done to do the repair.
