This shop cost me money that I only should have paid once. So I've spent a little over a thousand dollars on a battery. Came here in April for my brake service while I was there I was told I need a new battery. Which I kind of new. So they changed out the wrong battery not the main battery but the auxiliary smgdh. Few weeks later same issue slow crank. Found out the battery wasn't registered either. I called them just to let them know to see if they can make it right. Automatically the guy on the phones gets a attitude. So im not the one to do the back and forth so I just got off the phone and accepted the loss. So I look up a bmw shop and found one with great reviews in euless. They're called dfw bummer in euless tx behind fuzzy tacos. They diagnosis my car and found the problem immediately and said they changed the wrong battery and this shouldn't have happened. So if you drive a bmw go to a shop that specializes in bmw like dfw bmw in euless tx great company and great price. Now I gotta eat 500 dollars but I'm glad my car is working normal again

Mel was absolutely ?. The best service I have experienced in my 60-plus years of living. Professional, ordered parts, and they came in FAST. I have a very expensive car and his prices are very reasonable. He's polite he diffently knows foreign cars. Excellent service. I have recommended my family,friends,coworkers, and my church members to him. He's a man of God. Most of all, he is honest and good at what he does. He alsosells cars. He gives you a warranty on the parts he puts in. I can go on and on. To sum it up. He's the best the real deal. God bless him ?. I gave him him ? on everything

Took my old Beetle in for a diagnostic as I am new to TDI's and they were extremely helpful in telling me the issues they found and were also extremely friendly and understanding that I wasn't going to be able to get repairs done right away.
