The other day I had to return something when it was my turn the cashier it was a hispanic girl told me to step out the line (there was a long line) and attended the line first then assisted me and when it was finally done she said “it makes it a lot easier” yeah a lot easier for YOU. They never open on time ppl be waiting 30 mins to hr for them to open the doors that should not happen if the open time is 8:00 very bad service this is everyday somebody need to do something about that

Return process was quick, hassle free and no questions asked with proof of receipt. I was refunded my $ and I am happy however; very disappointed about the Office Hub Sticky Lined Sheets 80 count not being sticky enough to stick onto paper, books, wall calendars or any surface as a matter of fact.

I just got off work trying to get some wrapping paper considering your time says you close at 10pm but the doors were locked when I arrived at 6pm.

First impressions of this store was poor customer service from the cashier named Jaclyn. Questioned two different priced items that rang up incorrectly from their sale signs. She stated with a dry response she couldn't do anything about it. I decided to just return my items and shop some place else. Her excuse was the whole store is incorrectly prices. Great excuse ?

Your doors are locked at 1:30 on a Monday and there is no postage that says the store is closed.

Don’t mind the customer service here. The staff is programmed to no giving a smile.In addition, please note that they will not greet you.I found the staff was rude when I asked her for one of the product she said “if you don’t see it then we don’t have it” (in a rude tone).The products are all over the places, merchandising should be improvised here.Unfortunately, this is the only store I have in my area and I don’t feel positive to go there again.I hope management sees this review and take appropriate action.
