There are two ladies that have the best customer service in the world!!! Rose and the other young lady that worked on Sat 9/30/23 the morning shift. I have never experienced such a pleasant experience in any other dollar general, I live closer to a different one, but from yesterday going forward I will only go to that one off New York and park row . I did get the ladies name , but unfortunately I can’t find it now. I hope the general manager sees this and knows those two young ladies makes that store worth the gas and time just driving there. A big thank you to the two employees that worked Saturday morning 9/30/23 around 11 am???

I am there sometimes daily with my puppy. Today, I ran out of treats for him, and they had them there. Very Happy Dog Dad!!

The Dollar general on New York is great people are friendly they're very helpful customer services outstanding the store is very clean everybody's very polite and helpful

Tried to return a $6 pair of reading glasses, the employee was EXTREMELY RUDE and REFUSED to give me cash back REGARDLESS of having receipt it showed I PAID CASH... the manager please explain to this lady what customer service means
