This place is a big rip off.... bought a Nissan and in the first month the transmission went out..they kept my down payment then they gave me another car that I had to start over on paying after I made months payment on the first car..the second car went out as well..i.let them know and they where offering me a car that was wreck..this place is a scam...big time scam one reason why they don't sell cars anymore....

Highly recommend Cruz Auto Sales. We bought an 2010 Infiniti in 1.5 years with no problems. They work with the down payment and weekly or biweekly payments. I’ll definitely be going back. We want a small compact car soon.

This review is going to be super dramatic but idc because this place is awesome. This will be my 2nd car with Cruz auto sales and honestly after I get done paying off this car I’d go to them again!! They’re always my first choice. They make everything so easy and help out as much as they can. Crystal and meliza always keep me posted on everything, the cars are great and crystal makes me feel like if I’m buying a car from my sister lol she’s so easy and funny to talk to. Doesn’t feel like they’re just out to get ur money they really help and make u feel comfortable. I was crying driving my car home today because I was so happy. If u come across this review and have another car lot to choose a car from pick Cruz auto because they’re amazing :) seriously the best !!!!!!!! Thank u guys so much

First, I would like to say, I never take the time to write reviews. However, I felt it necessarily important to make sure I did this time. After weeks of car shopping and countless uncomfortable negotiations with pushy car salesmen at other dealers, we came across Cruz Auto Group. Melissa and Crystal are the Dream Team. Not only are they personable but also professional. They made us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. They also worked with our personal credit union and had us in and out in an efficient and timely manner. They were easy to get ahold of and accommodating as well. We will be back!

We saw this car online coming home from a vacation. We told Crystal we were interested in the car and she waited for us as we passed through Arlington. She was honest and beyond fair with her pricing. I usually don't like the process of buying a car. This was probably the fastest and easiest transaction. I felt comfortable with the entire experience. She was friendly and honest. She communicated with us throughout the process. We left that day and two days later ,after we finished our financing, she had our car delivered ASAP!.I would buy from this family Again! Definitely.

Cruz Auto Group was great! I called about 2019 Ram 1500 they had posted on Craig's list. They arranged to bring it to me for a test drive the next day. There was a parking sensor that had an issue and they took care of it for me right away. Long story short I got a great deal on a great truck by the great folks at Cruz Auto Group. Go see them! I absolutely love my truck. During these hard time I fell behind almost 60 days on my payment. But through open communication the ladies there were able to work with me and make payment arrangement. They help me not breach my contract with them and i was able to keep my truck all because I answered their calls and texts. I know they dont have to call me and to remind me to pay my obligations but definitely appreciate the courtesy calls. Thanks you guys and keep up the good work and can't wait to buy my next vehicle with you guys.

I wouldn’t recommend Cruz Auto to anyone. This company knows nothing about integrity and putting the customer first. My mother was ripped off $1600 for a vehicle that she only had for a couple months. Cruz decided to purchase the vehicle back from the finance company with out my mothers knowledge and voided her contract. The entire time she was mislead and lied to from the dealership and finance company. I would advise anyone from doing business with this company. They know nothing about honesty, morals, and respect. The dealerships incompetence on working with a big finance company should never fall on the customer. Instead they were quick to place the blame on the customer. I will be seeking legal aid on the matter at hand.
