My account rep Mr. Jerry Shepherd, at the Arlington, TX location at 4330 Little Rd., did a phenomenal job at opening our account for the 2024 family reunion we are having. He was patient and kind and also extremely knowledgeable in setting us up with our account and Zelle. Us seniors really appreciate someone with the capability of being kind to people our age. Kudos chase, he’s a keeper!!!

Could not take out a cashier’s check from business account said that I would have to wait till tomorrow. Went to the cooper location and got the cashier’s check with no problem. Not the first time she has done this

1/11/24 at 1:21pm Just walked in and I was totally ignored. The staff walked in front of me without asking if I needed assistance. It’s nice one of them has to pick up his kids and the other one is going on vacation to Brazil. Terrible service. 0 stars.

Although I primarily use the ATM service outside, I've needed the internal services as well. When I visit, I always receive great service.There isn't someone waiting at the door, but there is a place to sign in if there's a wait. I have noticed there tends to be someone available to point you in the right direction.As a small business owner, it was easy to open up my business account. There was also an offer to chat with a financial planner.The only downside is the wait can be long at times. I highly suggest making an appointment in advance.

The ATMs at this location need to be upgraded. They have frozen on me several times now. My money gets stuck in there and I have to wait several days for it to clear.

Had an amazing employee by the name of Trista N who helped me stop the fraud transaction in my debit account. I was recommended to get and appointment and I did sooner than expected because Issac Velazquez helped me open new accounts during a cancel appointment. They where both extremely kind and helpful 10/10 would ask for them again.

I take care of my elderly uncle and used to think the world of jp Morgan and Chase they have no regard human life at all much less my uncle he can't even access his own money robbery is a charge they pay there way out of dispicable people work for jp Morgan and I'd like some legal help this is morally wrong how do y'all sleep at night the one star is being generous
