Fantastic service from the Geek Squad area. My sister had created a new password on her IPad, however she made a mistake while typing it, thus locking herself out of it. We had gone to Best Buy and went to the Geek Squad area. The workers were all so nice and friendly. The IPad was taken in and fully reset. The store itself had nice displays of technology which I enjoyed viewing in the meanwhile. Excellent service and excellent store.

I love Best Buy, but I will say since COVID-19 customer service has become a thing of the past you have to walk the aisles multiple times looking for assistance. Once I was able to track down assistance, the process moved rather quickly and he was overall helpful. That’s where the beauty of this experience ended one cashier was super energetic unfortunately, I was not lucky enough to get him. I ended up with a white lady who was not excited to be there. Did not offer any additional subscriptions or warranties, and was simply a warm body at the cash register.

Raul, terrible service, bad service from him and two people who helped me in the back. They told me they couldn't help me because I didn't look for a product. that it was available in the store. I say that it was available because I went and reported what happened to a girl who spoke Spanish and English in the customer service department and she was very kind and gave me the product that she needed. I don't know what this girl's name is but I'll leave the pin for my ticket 00570448719061224. I hope they have more people like her in all areas!

My fiancé purchased a Pioneer speaker from Best Buy and the installation service through the geek squad for my birthday a few weeks ago. The demo speaker at Best Buy didn’t sound the best but I just wanted something that was a little better than the bass that my factory stereo had to offer, so I took a chance on it and I’m glad I did. Pedro from the Greek Squad was professional, kind and very informative on the products and installation process. It only took approx 3 hours and let me tell you, he did a wonderful job and I am more than happy with my speaker and the install. I wake up every morning ready to get in my car so I can hit the road and blast my music on the country roads.

Went with a friend to get a Samsung Galaxy phone repaired. The Geek said that they only worked on iPhones, even though the posted signs advertised that they performed repairs on Samsung phones. Deceptive Advertising!

I bought a 65 inch TV online on sunday The installer came Monday to install of which I paid 250.00 for the installation to best buy. He was good, but said he couldn't haul off the old one. I called best buy and they said I would have to pay 200 for them to haul off. I left a message for the manager at the besr buy on pleasant ridge arlington tx to have him call me. No return call. Called on Tuesday foe the manager at this store to call me. No call back. This is Wednesday and still no call. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've bought things before at the pleasant ridge store in arlington, but NEVER AGAIN.

My issue is still pending and I am trusting Best Buy will do the right thing on a back up camera that worked for three weeks then blew out my entire dash. Covid hit and installers were out of work and stores were closed. I am hoping that will not be held against me on this clearly defective product. I will keep you posted.Three cheers for best buy. They did everything they could short handed to rectify the situation! Very pleasantly surprised!

The staff was very very on hand available for me. I was shopping for a super charger for my phone which they did have and it's definitely supercharging my phone etc. If I'm ever in need of a technological personal party I will definitely go back.
