Please run from this apartment complex at all cost. I put in an application several weeks ago and paid a $125 administration fee when it was advertised that there would be no admin fee when I went to tour. After calling them several times because no one wanted to pick up the phone, I asked about a refund and I still haven’t received it. Based off of my experience, I definitely feel that living here would be a big mistake.

Literally I can’t wait til my lease is up cause I’m ready to leave here like yesterday. I had such high hopes for these apartments, I thought I did enough research but I didn’t. The office never answer the phone, I was calling the office one day while walking up to the door because they hadn’t been answering for 2 days, as I walk thru the door she sitting there just letting the phone ring. My neighbors upstairs has 4 kids in one room & they run all day all night NON STOP! I’ve called & talked to the receptionist & Cindy the manager & nothing is being done about this & it’s been 2 months I’ve been complaining! I think I’ve complained so much to the 24 hours clerk that they stopped answering my calls & never return them when I leave voicemails! If you work from home, this is not the place for you, if you can’t stand noise, this is not the place for you & I wish I would have that before moving in! I get no peace at all, can’t even watch a movie or show with the volume low because you wouldn’t hear anything. The sad thing about it the parents be there most of the time & say nothing to them! Y’all I’m so disappointed in the office people that I’m thinking about reaching out to calf management with my concerns! MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Don't fix things correctly I've been having AC problems since I moved here and they keep trying to say the ac is working properly.DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU feel like making workorders every week. This is working properly lol

Honestly I can’t wait until my lease is up. The apartment is nice and all but the service from the office to the maintenance man is terrible. When I first moved here I had already had a washer and dryer in my unit I requested a new one because the washer machine was making weird noises and it still does and it work when it wants to work, I constantly have to rerun my dryer over and over just for my clothes to dry. My drawers in my kitchen are off track really bad I said something about that when I first moved in and nothing was done. Last week I put in 4 work orders and the maintenance man never came by to see what was going on but they mark completed on my work orders. That’s very unprofessional so when I leave here they’ll charge me for what was already broken. The office people never picks up the phone and when u walk in the office they’re not that busy they’re just sitting there. The manager is rude and seem like she barley likes her job. One day my friend and I walks up to go get in the pool on the day it wasn’t suppose to been closed and when we were about to ask her why was it closed she proceeded to say “what” like how rude can you be? I had a package delivered here a few days ago but no notification came to my phone for the parcel payment app I asked if she could check the package room because this has happened before and it was in the actual PACKAGE ROOM but she proceeded to go to the back and check the packages they already had in the back of the office so there was no help there at all. Overall I love ms Cindy and the other lady that works with her, they’re nice and very helpful but I wouldn’t recommend living here if you’re big on professionalism and nice customer service.

I applied June 15. I have not heard from anyone since I applied aside from the times that I’ve reached out. Sometimes they answer the phone but most times they don’t. They screen the calls so they know who’s calling and they pick and choose when to answer the phone. It’s been 12 days since my application was submitted and I haven’t received a single update. I recently emailed them and told them to just go ahead and withdraw my application and I still never got a response. Of my application was denied I could deal with that but waiting 12 days to tell me whether I’m approved or not is insane and unprofessional not to provide a follow up call at the very least

I have been here for over a year and it’s been a great place to live. It’s in a quiet area away from all the noise in the busy city. Love the pool and amenities. Also it seems that they have a new maintenance team and they have been on top of all my request lately. Also love how they reach out to the residents here with certain events I’m able to meet my neighbors and meet the other friendly staff. Overall I’ve had a great experience would certainly recommend this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. Unprofessional, unresponsive, unwilling to help. Worst experience I have ever had dealing with apartments. After I started to move in, I noticed that the top of the fridge was dirty, so I set to cleaning it. It was COVERED in grease! There is no possible way that they had this apartment cleaned before I moved in. It was also obvious that pest control had not been the unit for an extended period of time. The roaches multiplied quickly. They finally sent someone out to spray. In the year and a half that I lived there, I never once took a shower that stayed the same temp. It fluctuates constantly. After multiple attempts to have them fix my air-conditioning, it got up to 80 inside with it running, I had to go and buy my own unit. They also failed to notify me that my apartment was affected by a pipe bursting.

do not move here, maintenance never comes. my dishwasher has been broken for over a month, If toilet is broke they take days to come even if you are in one bathroom apartment.

THEY GET YOU BY SCAMMING YOU NOW AS I WAS TOLD BY THE ASSISTANT MANAGER GABY THAT I CAN MOVE IN I CAN USE FLEX AND WILL NOT GET IT BACK BUT I HAD TO PAY $778.00 AND SHE SAID I COULD GET MY KEYS IT WAS PAID SHE LIED AND SAID I HAVE TO PAY $947....(AROUND THIS AMOUNT)I HAVE TO HAVE TOMORROW WHEN ME AND MY KIDS ARE HOMELESS.THEY JUST WANT MONEY AND FLEX IS THE WAY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY WITHOUT YOU MOVING IN. RUNNNNNN....

Run from this place please MONEY PIT terrible place to live have my water shut off 2 to 3 times a month because of issues they are having with hot water and I still have 150 dollar water bill they tell you have a base rent but that doesn’t matter because you rent will always be up to 200 bucks more because of a community water bill. So saving water won’t help you because you are responsible for your neighbors water consumption so if build a life is what you want this is not the place to start to and live in you have been warned

Great staff but would not recommend living here and I am a resident here rent will have base but when time for rent will always be 100 to 200 more because there water payments that are shared bill system here so if you are not home most day and share a building with people who are home and use water it is reflected on your monthly bill water bill is 100 plus every month terrible system would not recommend. Even if you maintain your water consumption you still penalized run from this place it’s a money pit

My goddaughter sought out to find her first apartment to rent and came across Alcove Oaks in Arlington. Unfortunately, that was a major mistake. She was initially quoted in writing a monthly rate to include fees for an apartment that would not be ready for another 60 days. She paid her deposit with the expectation the rental agreement would follow with the same information. She received the agreement, and it was $170 more than previously quoted. She then went to speak with staff regarding the changes and they proceeded to give her every excuse in the book as to why these fees were added and not itemized as previously issued and why the monthly rate had increased. When she requested that the deposit be refunded, the additional rate was outside her budget, they denied her request and then went on to withdraw additional unauthorized funds from her account. Based on what I can see, there is nothing about this complex that is ethical or honest. They have questionable practices! My advice would be; before you pay one dime, deposit or otherwise, get the rental agreement first. You may very well be paying for items you didn’t agree to in their initial quote.
