NEVER CALLED ME BACK.
Customer service is not their priority.

Have not completed the work, I tried to call to see if the trim for my truck has come in, no return on call or trim for my truck. Insurance has paid out already. Next step to call insurance company.

Hail fighters did an excellent job on my hail repair. They worked directly with my insurance company USAA. The adjuster went to their shop to inspect the vehicle. They kept me up to date on the repairs. And to my delightful surprise, my truck had been detailed when I picked it up. They are located in the Argyle Office Park so it was very convenient versus going to Denton or Lewisville for repairs. I also found out they do other types of auto repairs when I picked my truck up. Thank you Hail Fighters!

Great guys! They had my wife’s car in and out of the shop quickly after handling the insurance and deductible. They also picked up and delivered her car back to us fully detailed. 5 stars all the way!

Very family oriented shop. Nice caring people always smiling! I checked them out because they’re 10mins away from me. Never had a hail damage claim to make and they made the process 100% easy they took care of everything. Kept me updated on everything going on and the whole process. Got started right away with my car. Definitely recommend this shop for any body or hail damage needs! I did not regret checking them out at all check them out!

Worst company ever. If I wrote about how awful my full experience was here then it would be so long that no one would read it. They promised my car would be done in 3 days and it took months, and they still NEVER COMPLETED THE WORK even after being paid. They lied to insurance and said the work was done so they could get paid. Dont fall for their promises and nice words.They lie, delay, dont answer calls, and dont complete the work. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
