Had a mix up initially getting the correct kit (ultimately my fault) Wesley took great care of me. My 590 Shockwave loves the shortys, and so does my wrist. Great company to deal with.

I purchased a gun part from these guys on ebay. It got marked as delivered but it was never delivered. When I asked them about it they basically said wait and told me to kick sand more or less. I waited nearly a week and nothing happened so I asked eBay to step in. eBay declines to refund me because the post office screwed up and marked it as delivered which is fine that's not this person's fault. The problem I had with this company defender tactical and Texas here is the people I spoke with were completely rude and condescending. They chastise me for somehow reporting them or something which I never did. They refuse to make it right from the get-go and even more so afterwards by doubling down with their rude comments.
It's only $16 but I've never had an experience quite this distasteful and negative. I left them a neutral review on eBay and somehow it was magically removed and yet they are touting and messages there 100% ratings. Clearly they manipulate the ratings and get unfavorable ones removed through some sort of a tactic through complaint which is common over there. I'm sure this honest review will also be removed from google. Some people are professionals at making sure their reviews are 100% when their service is actually grotesquely less than that.
Just a fair warning do not do business with these people or they will simply take your money and leave you out to dry and then complain that you were somehow in the wrong for their screw up. They will then get your review removed. And keep on screwing people over. It's sad with the gun community has come to but we can do better than this and they give us a bad name.

They have great products but better customer service. The CoSight mount is perfectly designed, tight tolerances so you know it’ll keep zero no problem. But if you do have any problems they’re more than willing to help and fix the issue ASAP!!

I bought a Mossberg shockwave with their universal minishell kit allowing me to shoot 1 3/4 shells. They customized it with several special logos and when it arrived I was very impressed with their quality of work and how honest they were to deal with. I highly recommend them!

I wanted to upgrade my Mossberg to except mini shells however ended up ordering everything I could. all was good however I had a really hard time putting the trigger group back in and also with the hand grip. Overall however I am extremely satisfied. Great job guys.
