I've been to Anna Family Pharmacy twice now and I've been blown away by their customer service now both times so now its safe to say the have a loyal customer. I'd highly recommend them over any box store pharmacy. When your sick and need a prescription sent somewhere do yourself a favor and choose Anna Family Pharmacy first. The service is #1 and all the others aren't even in the same league.

Very fast service , I moved the whole family to the local Anna Family Pharmacy from Walmart and CVS to here due to the convenience.

Would not recommend. Front counter staff horrible attitude. Was told ready in 40 mins and when I come back of course prescriptions had not even been started yet, and when finally filled was missing medication that was supposed to be filled. Staff made me feel more of an inconvenience than a customer. Customer waiting area looks like an abandoned gas station from the walking dead. They really need to change staff.

I love how fast they are able to fill my prescriptions. I drive from Melissa to Anna to go there. The local pharmacy here in Melissa takes hours to fill a prescription, I rather drive the extra 15 minutes and by the time I’m there my prescription it’s already filled. Note… this is not a pharmacy that has a lot of over the counter stuff on the shelves!! It’s mainly for prescriptions.

Online it says your open! So y'all are closed today, like no one needs medicine? No heads up or anything. Just closed without telling anyone. sitting out front, people are walking up to your door in 20 degree whether on Christmas eve, just so they can look inside and see that your not open. Update your time. Save people time. We have families. All you have to do is update your store hours. That simple!

IF YOU ARE A Military Veteran DO NOT use the Anna Family Pharmacy. I was a big fan and referred many people ntil now.. I was using my mission care act benefits to the urgent care which is No co pay and 14 days of medication no co pay...This pharmacy was told no co pay by me and the urgent care. They called the wrong VA number who instructed them to bill me a co pay.. I had to call the Mission Care Act VA who said this pharmacy is billing wrong...they called the pharmacy after 40 minutes messing with this when I had a 103.5 fever, the VA got the pharmacy to get it right with no CO pay. I asked for a my refund for the CO pay that was billed wrong. Shara said someone has to come up here to.get the money our system is not set up.for refunds. It was 6:10pm she said they close at 6pm and she had a family to go home too...Yet if this pharmacy only called the right VA number they would of known no co pay..we wouldn't have this issue. As an update Sabra now must of figured out how to credit a credit card back because she called to tell me they refunded my co pay on my credit card.Sabra did not take any ownership on needing additional training with VA mission care act...let along downplayed there was an issue at all. .Sad the VA had to call them to tell them how to Bil. This Took too long and Sabra had the nerve to give me an attitude..Bad customer service..

We love this pharmacy. I much rather take my business to a local store and get fast service. There is seldom a line when picking up medicine and everyone is always friendly when we are there. Do yourself a favor transfer you script here and forget the long lines at the big box stores down the street.

I absolutely could not function without the amazingly dedicated staff at this pharmacy. They go above and beyond to prove what customer service is all about.A few reasons why they're exceptional:- They always assist in finding the lowest prescription costs, even with my horribly inadequate insurance. They have saved me so much money and time by finding discounts and coupons for me it's unbelievable.- They try every method to ensure my prescriptions are filled on time, even when calling in the same day.- They communicate with my doctors and insurance company before contacting me over situations outside of my control, eliminating the needless middle man and the time waste it causes. Never have they once told me to "just call your doctor and have them fax us".- The pharmacist always explains new prescriptions to me without me having to ask.- They are one of the few places in the area following CDC recommended Covid prevention guidelines. All of their front staff wear their masks properly, they have plastic screens between the customer and employees, they maintain social distance even in a tiny lobby, they offer curbside pickup and delivery.- Maybe not everyone cares about this point, but it means so much to me: They are NICE! I'm able to go into a place of business with a positive vibe and not feel like I'm a burden to the employees. Every time I call or visit, which is at minimum several times per week, they always greet me warmly and try their best to assist.This is a rare and exceptional business. I would highly recommend to give them a try if you haven't yet.
