If I could give Willow Creek a 5 star review every time we visit I would. We've been using them for a few years for boarding, nail trims and baths. The staff is always AMAZING, soo sweet and patient. My dogs are family and there's no other place id trust leaving them. ??

I recently spoke with an old neighbor, and he asked me where I used to leave my dog when I was out of town. I need to Google search because this was 7 years ago. This place took care of my pit several times, and he seemed to enjoy the place. I recommend it!

Please DO NOT bring your beautiful sweet babes to the Willow Creek Kennels, I know a lot about the place and the things that occur to them once you drop them off. It's honestly the most appalling thing I could see happen. Training dogs get abused the majority of the time when they come in and once they leave they know better because of the poor treatment they had received. One dog I do know of is my family friend's dog freckles, that dog was sweet and did need training but the dog is so scared of his owners it's sad to watch. On a daily basis the adorable babies don't have the appropriate time to play or go for walks that the parents paid for. When they take your dogs outside to play it's only for 5 minutes and then they bring them back inside and put them back in the cage. I'm leaving this here for everyone to read. There's a lot better places to put your dogs in when you work or travel.

We have two mini schnauzers (Joey & Jenna) who get their grooming there every 6 weeks. Joey is going to be 7 in March and has been kenneled there on numerous occasions since he was a little puppy, once even for two weeks. We have not had to use them for kenneling since Jenna has come in to the family, but that is where I would choose for them to go. They have always taken great care of our pups and very friendly. There are many other facilities closer to me but will always choose the drive out to Willow Creek for Laura and her staff to make our pups look beautiful!! Thank you for loving Joey & Jenna, even if Jenna is quite the rascal!!!

We have boarded a few times at this kennel and had no issues. Although, the last two times we have boarded we have gotten our pup covered in urine or paws covered in feces. At other kennels, they would do a courtesy wash or at least spot wash with a wet towel, to not give the owner a dirty pet. Was very disappointed that they don’t seem to have the same policy.

I left my cat from Aug 4th to Aug 9, when I came to get her she was anxious and seemed like a different cat. They told me they could not get near her so I went back to the kennel she was hissing and spitting, I've never seen her do this before. She had to be cornered to get her into carrier, in process of trying to help them she panicked, I was bitten on my hand, after which staff put on gloves we were able to get her in. She was crying and spitting the whole time. When we finally got her home, she would not let me out of her sight and seems to not get enough to eat. I was not called to inform me of her behavior and anxiety at all. While I understand cats are not as social as dogs , I boarded her last year and she did fine.

Been using them for years. They take great care of our dogs. Never had a problem. They worked with me when our flights home were delayed.
