This past weekend my wife and myself went to Tri State Ford to look at and possibly purchase a vehicle from them. We test drove the vehicle and liked it the salesperson was nice at first. When we went into the office he became very pushy and didn't listen to us at all. We discussed our situation with no trade in because her car had been totaled in a wreck and it had not been settled out so we were not sure what kind of down payment we could make but had an idea of what that was and where we wanted our payments at. As usual he had the talk to the sales manager he returned with an option of 10000 down and a 900.00 payment I replied no that doesn't work. He said what if I can get zero down and the payment you want. I said sure again he went to the sales managers office and returned with pretty much the same offer but this time it was 15000.00 down.I kindly said no and Thank you for your time but we were going to go. As we left the sales manager was in the show room as I headed out the door he said I guess we are about 15000.00 off I replied yes we are and went outside my wife was behind me when the sales manager said in a whiny voice I guess we are not going to make 15000.00 today boo hoo this is very unprofessional treatment of a 2 time customer as a matter of fact we had just bought the car that got totalled from them just 8 months ago how fast you get forgotten about. But with his actions I nor anyone in my family will ever buy anything from tri state or any other dealership in the AutoInc family of dealerships what a joke family of dealerships this is not how you treat family.

Marco greeted us immediately when we arrived. We couldn't decide between two vehicles, so he had us drive both. He basically spent the whole afternoon with us. Ask for Marco. He'll work with you to get you the right vehicle at the right price!Thank you Marco-Tom and Pat

Worst service ever Sean lied about checking on extended claims we went ahead and approved all the work over $ 5000 and then check with claims company and was told no claims was put in after claims approved there part of the work we where told those parts where on backorder would take a month after a month and half we check on it withSean and he said it would be another month I then decided to do my own research and found out one of the parts was obsolete and you couldn't get it and the other was across town at the other Ford dealer in town sowe decided to go ahead and pay for the work that should have been already completed when the wife got there and no work had been done and then Sean tried to charge over twice the diagnosis fee when my wife got in the truck she said it look like they left the windows cracked during the dust storm

We waited 3 and half hours for our oil change on our F250, once we finally left we had a check engine light for water in our fuel filter called and they didn't have any answers. So my husband got under the hood because he has to work as well and couldn't take the truck back. They had left the fuel filter on top unlocked so fuel was just leaking all over our engine. Sensor for fuel filter under the drivers side of the cab unplugged. When you pay over $300 for an oil change you deserve better we will not be going back to this dealership. Also would like to add the stepped onto our bumper and left shoe prints We're worried they didn't even change the oil at this point because the new oil is black and shouldn't be.

Dalencia answered our call for service on our F150 which was late in the day. She wrote up a service order for 7:30am, the next morning. It took a short time for the dealership to complete the prior day's work. Then at 9am, the diagnosis was provided with an expected completion by 11am. However, the truck was available by 10am. Our truck ran fine from Amarillo to Dallas. Thank you again.

I took my vehicle in for a misfire on the #1 cylinder. They came back with all cylinders are misfiring and that there was oil in the cylinders. They said that I needed a new engine. I left my vehicle there overnight and someone busted out my passenger side window. I took it to another dealer and it was only a bad fuel sensor. I would not recommend this dealership for kind of repairs.

This business deserves 0 stars but that's not an option. Tri-State ford had my 2020 F-150 for 9 weeks and when it showed up it still had a check engine light and was leaking oil because it had several valve cover bolts missing and several other bolts not tightened. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE OR TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. NOW THEY WANT TO CALL ME AND MAKE EXCUSESTERRIBLE

My wife went in to get an oil change and asked one of the guys how long it would be and he raised his voice to say it's still going be 3 to 4 hrs and asked she wanted the oil change or not or if she wanted her keys instead. Very rude, very unprofessional, I called up there to talk to whoever was in charge, the lady at said said she couldn't get ahold of him she also gave me a number for his desk I left a voicemail that he never return. Had to contact corporate which really didn't do anything about it. Worst place we had ever gone to for a service to get treated like that. Would not recommend to anyone.the people there are very unprofessional.

Completely incompetent. I was broke down waiting for a part that they said I needed for seven days. Gene Messer Ford was able to get the part in one day. But guess what I didn't even need the part! Tri-state misdiagnosed my truck and all I needed was a new battery. To this day I am still waiting for tri-state to call me and tell me that part is in. The service tech all the way to the service manager are a complete joke!

Went for oil change in December and was initially pleased. I also have warranty issue and part was supposed to be ordered at same time. Have not heard back. I have texted Dalencia, sent internet messages, called service and was told they would check with parts and call me back. It feels like I have to chase this down.
