09-14-24 I stopped by with my son to grab a simple refill of DP. Let me say this is the worst run down, dirty, sticky floored, out of stock, grungy TNT I have ever been in! This downtown location is especially bad! Not only do you have to dodge a couple panhandling, junkies on your way in the then to immediately step in a unknown sticky liquid and to see shelf's almost empty and so much trash all over from everything . While only 2 employees are working the entire store, that were both clearly struggling and stressed out. Idk Gre g Mitchell's what's up with this? I've seen nicer cleaner Allsups, in Herford, Tx and that's bad! ?

The store downtown next to the Sod Poodles stadium has the worst customer service ever. They don’t even acknowledge their customers; all they want to do is joke around on their headsets.

Okay, I "need a receipt" for the pizza. After a bite or two I looked on the bottom and there was lint. They let me exchange only for a different one, but when I asked for a cheese pizza WITHOUT any slices cut, the lady in charge said it's "company policy" to slice pizza, as if me the customer can't have a pizza without nasty cuts. Gas station part I may give a 3 star for convenience, but the food is gross. I gave the other pizza half to a bum. $6 pizza is worth more like 50 cents.

Went thru the thru and asked for a bag of ice. I paid for the ice and was then told I was to drive around to the front of the store and get my ice. I am handicapped and have trouble getting in and out of my car; this is the reason I went to use the drive thru in the first place. The person who took my money and order was chomping away on food the whole time. I've never had this type of experience before with a Toot'n Totum. Any other Toot'n Totum that I've gone thru the drive has handed the ice to me. Someone should address this individual and give her more training. I hate to leave this type of review and I certainly will not be going back to this location.

I never heard of this store until I was riding the ol Greyhound bus through Amarillo Texas. On the stop we had hour layover, I was hungry so got on Yelp found this convenient store which turned out to have really tasty, fresh burgers with fresh topping packed separately, and I'm talking lettuce pickles, tomatoes, jalapenos, all packed in their own individual packages. I thought I'd be eating 5 hour old hot dog and chips, turns out had delicious burger and chips! Fair pricing as well. Clean store, some covered picnic tables outside but too hot outside for me, a lot of variety of fountain drinks, and OH YEAH, they have a drive through! So you don't even have to get off the car for you corner store snacks!!!

Deceptive pricing. Even using rewards card you don't get listed discount. Customer service is useless . Avoid at all costs

Hey! Alright, this store Toot 'n Totum turned out to be very good find! Best peach iced tea I've tasted in a long time and they have these fresh burgers pre made along with fresh fixings proportioned, like onion jalapeno, lettuce, tomato, mustard ketchup, etc... Turned out to be ONE TASTY BURGER!!! Of course a lot products to eat, snack, smoke, drink...Good little spot in downtown Amarillo Texas...

This location is stealing people's money. I noticed that I got short changed. I gave a $5 bill and they told me the item cost $3.57. then they gave me a dollar and a quarterback. With no receipt. I called to complain about it and the lady who told me she was the assistant manager told me that it's not that guy's fault or responsibility to make sure we get the correct change back. They said his only job is to give you the change that automatically comes out and that there can be any excuse or reason to not get the right amount back. She refused to give me her name and told me that she will not have anything else to say to me. I'm contacting corporate and filing complaints because this seems intentional the way that they acted in. Simply trying to let them know that there was a problem and refusing to do anything to correct the initial problem.

$2.48 for a soggy burrito was very appealing to me and the small portion size was a bargain deal since I'm on a rush between two jobs to grab a bite to eat. ?

Overnight staff are extremely unprofessional. I used to go there frequently overnights as I drive for work. The staff were rude and it is a cesspool of childish drama. Will be speaking with management, corporate, or regional to talk about disciplinary action.The restrooms also reek of foul odor every time I used it. Next time, I'll only go to use the restroom if I cannot make it to another one.
