It was very beautiful and nice to stay. Also the employees have good personality and welcoming you in the building. I really enjoyed the hospitality from each and very employees. As for the continual breakfast and workers there great and awesome service. If, I go back and stay for a vacation. I would choose the SpringHill Suites Amarillo Marriott hotel. Eric asked me what disability my dog would be providing service for. Then proceeded to tell me emotional support animals are not allowed. I am a Titanium Bonvoy member but I'll discontinue giving Marriott my business. HiltonTru was happy to host our stay.

This place is great! Staff are outstanding and overall it's very clean. The rooms are nice and everything works. The only downside is the office chair is uncomfortable and you don't have the option to run the fan. I bought a small fan at Walmart and solved the problem because I can't sleep without a fan noise.I was staying at The Staybridge in town and it's a complete dump.The clientele at Springhill is upper class compared to the Staybridge which has a bunch of ghetto people and loud kids running everywhere.I've been at the Springhill 3 weeks now and it's awesomeRooms: Clean rooms that smell niceSafety: Very safe parking lot, no vagrants roaming aroundFood & drinks: Good restaurants nearby

We stayed at SpringHill Suites Amarillo while in town for a family funeral. The King Suite room worked very well for our family of 4 with two young kids. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was a big hit with the family. I especially appreciated the friendly gentleman working the front desk when we checked in Saturday evening. We will definitely look to return next time we stay in Amarillo.

Me and my family stayed in a double queen room. Good amount of space in the room itself and the bathroom. You could tell the floor hadn't been vacuumed at all before we occupied it, and the trundle bed wasn't clean either. The area the hotel was in was ok. The parking lot just had a lot of pot holes near the entrance that needed filling. The breakfast was meh. Too many pork options for meats, coffee was not hot both days I drank it, and the eggs they served were not good.

I come here to stay at this hotel when I am on a business trip. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are nice. Breakfast is hot and plenty full. The establishment is clean and at a location where there is plenty of restaurants.

Springhill Suites is back to serving a hot breakfast. Location is great (easy on and off the highway and restaurants are next door). Like the lobby bar too!
