I love this place believe me I do. But mr. gerret today was not very kind. He watched me drop my money and struggle to get my stuff never once did he asked me if I needed a bag ( I very much did) very displeased with service today.

I won't stop here anymore. The employees have been here for years and the customer service experience is unusually fake and poor. There are "regulars" that the long-time employees will give preference to... whether passing people in line, or holding up the line for a long conversation. I'd rather go down the street, than get skipped in line by a "regular" that comes in and gets helped while I'm waiting in line. It has happened many, many times over the last 10 years.

Not sure who just answered the phone as she did not present her name, sounded like an older white women. I politely asked if the gas prices I saw online were correct and for some odd reason her tone changed as if I had just cussed her out and cursed her family and said "I am not allowed to give that out over the phone" to which I began to reply "Okay thank you very mu.." and *click* she hung up on me. Whoever it was is working a shift around this time - 11:20 a.m. on Saturday August 14th.

I normally have a wonderful experience at the Hollywood & Bell location. However, today I went through the drive thru, the gentleman with the fake diamond earring in his ear never greeted me and then gave me my total, handed me my cigarettes and turned around nit even thanking me for my business. When I got home (1 block away) I realized he gave me the wrong cigarettes. I immediately drove back, never even getting out of the car at the house. When he came back to the window

There are things good and bad here. Boosting the gas price on Tuesday so the 10 cent discount is totally lost is one bad thing. Secondly, the clerks at the windows do not listen. I always ask for a 32 oz drink because I cannot pick up a 44 oz one with 1 hand - I have short fingers and cannot grip the 44 oz one. Also have gotten sweet tea many times instead of unsweet as ordered. Last, the beef chimichangas are just goo inside - no recognizable beef at all. The old ones they had were much better.

I love the fact that you can get coupons for coffee and fountain drinks, Lewis is an awesome employee at night. There is a went that sometimes works nights that is very rude and unprofessional to the point that if she's working I refuse to go in the store and will either go to another of their locations or just go to the Toot n Totum that is across the street.

I went to get some snack for my boyfriend and me but the lady there pooped herself. I know this because she went to restroom and came out with poopy clothes in a sack. She immediately went to go cash out customers at the register and touching their food items. The entire store smelled like a sewage. I was so grossed out that I just left. If I could give this place a 0 star I would.
