Store closed before the hours posted was there at 8:55pm because I needed a new battery. The open sign was still on prob because they are suto be open until 9pm. people were standing at the counter but refused to let me come in and purchase a battery.

I normally go to this store for everything possible. Everyone there is always so helpful and nice. Until last Sunday. There were 2 men working there who were having a very spirited discussion full of F bombs about not having enough change for the weekend and customers wanting to pay with $100 bills. I was there for a lawn mower battery, which I had to find by myself and carry up to the counter myself during all this. One man had stomped out the door at this point. The other checked me out and sort of explained the problem, but didn't apologize or anything. I had to carry the battery out to the car myself. The man outside almost hit me with the door stomping back in, didn't even hold the door for me or offer to carry the heavy (to me anyway) battery. I was shocked and completely disappointed by this behavior. The man who checked me out said they were both veterans so I hesitated to post this review but if I owned/managed this store I would want to know if my customers were being treated like this. If I knew these 2 were working I would avoid this store now. Normally I would give this store 7 stars, last Sunday I would give it zero.

Have used multiple times including online order pick-up with no issues. They also have an oil dump and will open the back door for you if you have a lot.

Was working on my vehicle and while I had to return the brake pads another location had sold me and get the correct ones they were very nice about it and even though I didn't have the receipt they were able to look it up on my account and help me get what I needed
