I highly recommend the Western St location in Amarillo Tx. All their tax professionals are easy to work with and very understanding when it comes to your personal tax situation!!!!!!

Biggest group of dolts I've ever encountered. I've gotten my taxes done at this location for the past 3 years, and I've had to amend 2 returns due to their carelessness and lack of advanced tax knowledge. Nobody in the office had ever even heard of a 1031 exchange, so they sent me to another office. Go somewhere else. As a matter of a fact, you're probably better off doing your own taxes. Office manager was on the phone rolling her eyes at somebody, and this should tell you everything you need to know about this office's culture.
