I cannot say enough good things about Gilbert and G Truck Service! I was on vacation with my family from Austin area heading to Colorado - had already been driving for 9hrs - made it outside of Amarillo when the turbo on my F250 blew! He took my call on a Saturday evening and agreed to work on the truck while we continued on our vaca! Had my truck towed to his shop and continued on our way! I flew back after our vaca when the truck was ready and Gilbert was so kind to offer to pick me up at the airport rather than make me pay for an Uber to his shop! That kind of generosity and kindness is rarely found these days anymore! Especially in situations where you feel like your options are already very limited and could easily be taken advantage of! I hooked my truck back up to my trailer - which he allowed me to leave at his shop as well until the truck was ready - and the truck got me back home and is still running as good as ever! For a trip that caused me a lot of expense and stress trying to keep things on track for my family - Gilbert was a God send - a hero when I needed one!! Thank you so much Gilbert!!

Never recommend this shop, we confirm before we towing our truck to this shop we asked do you have paccar transmission program, can you fix paccar transmission , they told us they have programs and the can fix it but after 2 days they said that can not find the issue and they charge us for labor and we paid twice for towing to take it somewhere, I feel they knew that but they wanted to charge us for the labor for what they have not done.

G’s Truck Service Have Great Service we had truck there with DPF issues he Repaired that issue less than 2 hours with very reasonable charges from us we recommend him 100% call that guy any time if anyone have issues near Amarillo Tx

10 out of 5 stars. Gilbert is a rock star! We were 30 miles away in Vega. Our power divider started going out. He had ordered the parts and they were there when we arrived with just a phone call! It was amazing. We were out of there in like 4.5 hours! Thanks Gilbert!

We were passing through with our trailer when we had a problem with our trailer brakes. They got us right in on a Saturday and quickly found and fixed our problem. The price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Expert service. I was traveling west of Amarillo when my truck suffered a catastrophic front end issue. I contacted Gilbert at G Truck Service on late Friday evening. He met me at his shop the next morning and secured the Uhaul trailer I was towing. Gilbert was able to perform the repairs and get me back on the road safely. The true proof of his work was an additional 800 miles the next day without any issues. Truck drives like new. Thank you Gilbert for for your service and your attention to my needs. You are an example of excellence in difficult times.
