best location to get your phone from Cricket ashlynn the attendant very polite, friendly and patient explained to us how our phones work she is very professionalI highly recommend that location.unlike 34th and Osage rather not go there.

NOTHING RECOMMENDED!!! I had been satisfied with the service (the "girl's" skill when placing the screen protector was like nowhere else, let's say "professional") until I realized that she uninstalled my WhatsApp without even asking me. I just changed phones because it no longer had space in memory and yes, that application had not kept a backup for a week because of that; it also deleted Telegram and maybe some others to install "Data Share”!! What did I need this for? Should I be concerned about Cricket's use of my sensitive data???
BY OBVIOUSING, SUPPOSING OR SIMPLY NOT ASKING FOR SUPPORT FROM HIS BILINGUAL PARTNER, HE PASSED OVER ME AND DELETED DATA THAT ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. I am furious but I will be polite and not express everything I would like against her...

I didn’t realize you could only write one review per company, so I’m editing my prior one.I visited this location this afternoon, in hopes of resolving some issues I was having with my phone, and Isabella was absolutely incredible! She was the absolute sweetest! She was SO patient and helpful, and took her time to make sure I didn’t walk out the door until I was all fixed! Talk about superb customer service!!I sure hope the manager at this location knows just how awesome Isabella and Ashlynn are! I’m brand new to Cricket, but these two gals have treated me like I’ve been a customer there for years. Not a single person at MetroPCS ever gave me the level of excellent customer service I’ve received from Isabella and Ashlynn…in the 7 years I was with them.Thank you for all of your help today, Isabella!! ?Original message:I’ve been with Metro PCS for the past 7 years, and had a horrible experience with them last weekend….so I decided to switch to Cricket today. Ashlynn was awesome!! She was so kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful!! She answered all of my questions, even though I’m sure some of them sounded silly, lol. Also, I walked out the door with a WAY better and cheaper deal than the other guys were offering.Thank you SO much for all your help today, Ashlynn!! ?

I have a Cricket Dream 5g that had crashed and needs the bootload unlocked so I take it in to the Cricket on S. Western and an employee named Jessie who seemed preoccupied upon entering with a female. Was told to wait which I did then after standing there a couple a mins he asks me what I need I explain I had a Cricket Dream 5g that was stuck on an error screen before I even handed him the phone he started telling me there was nothing he could do I tried to explain to him that there was in red letters on the screen directions and a link to resolve the issue and that since I had no insurance I didn't want to do anything that could ruin my warranty. He took the phone from me looked at it handed it back to me and said there was nothing he could do his computers were frozen wow FROZEN? It was starting to feel like I was intruding I told him there was a link 9n the screen he insisted I had to call the developer of the phone he said I quote"you have to call Motorola". I said Motorola he said yes which I did and 2 days later I'm being told from Motorola that they don't make that phone 2 days it's been 5 now and phone still not working pathetic!!

My former carrier was not getting the job done. Talking to a friend, she recommended Cricket. I went to the store and they were extremely helpful and worked hard to make sure my phone would work on their system. Ashley was good at getting both phones switched and they are working great.

Not this particular store but customer service took 2 1/2 hours of arguing for them to activate my phone even with the supervisor saying that received my payment but wanted another $55 payment to activate my phone for one phone i dont think so i had arleady paid $65 before calling them DON'T USE CRICKET HAD PROBLEMS FOR YEARS WITH THEM AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This particular store i will say has been the most help but because of people above them they keep losing customers
