I have been paying for my cell phone insurance for months and my cell phone screen broke and now they are telling me that they cannot replace the screen so I paid 250 dollars for another one and if I don't like the insurance I should remove it ?then why pay insurance if it's not going to work for me

Miriam needs to be fired she don’t belong dealing with customers she isn’t friendly and she is disrespectful. She doesn’t know how to do a simple thing like add a line. Promise you if I was there when she was dealing with my grandma she wouldn’t have been talking crazy like she was to her. Already put in a complaint with corporate usually am not a “Karen” but I don’t play about my family members and I’m sure nobody would want there family to be talked to like she was doing to mine.

Worst Cricket ever. I waited more than 1 hour just to pay my bill, and couldnt do it. Just one person working. And I saw her rolling her eyes twice to the costumer when she was not seeing. After 1 hour I just left.

the staff is completely unprofessional. the associate helping me, Dabreon, had no idea about the products she was selling and could not answer my questions. the manager, Monica, appeared angry and hostile and had a very bad attitude. worst customer service I have ever encountered. I do but recommend this store to anyone and I will never visit this store again.

I went 8n to get an additional line put on my account, I was assisted by Daebreon and Monica and they were very helpful and patient and were able to get us setup. Job well done ladies!!!

Very bad service, they make you wait like 4 hours and in the end I don't recommend it for anything. The manager's name is Monica. She is the one with the worst treatment. She arrives angry and with a very bad character.
