The owners/site mgmt are super friendly and responsive. Facility is secured well but easily accessible by renters. I wished there was access to an outlet. Some quick power would be nice.

The office lady is extremely welcoming and nice. I felt my stuff was safe there and loved how one of the managers always responded to any questions or etc I asked quickly or in a timely manner. Great customer service! Highly recommended (:

I have had my storage there for a while now. Camp lane has been awesome they are very friendly and very helpful. The storages units are very secure

Been using this facility for YEARS! Never had any issues with it, never changed prices. It’s changed owners 3 times and still no issues. Never had anyone try and steal or vandalize. Simple! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Amarillo can't get the manager of this place to answer Her phone for anything. Whoever owns the facility really needs to find better help. My Daughter switched accounts and resigned contracts and paid them up Ober 2 weeks ago and she won't answer the phone to give her the new keys to access her much needed belongings

I rented a unit out and now my gate code does not work and I am not able to get a hold of the owners to find out why it is very inconvenient to not be able to contact anybody and to get access to my things if ownership is Reading this please get in contact with me I've left you messages since you contact information return requests and have not received anything from you.

Very courteous, bend over backwards to help you out. We got word that they were delivering our load on July 4th. He met us at 8am on the 4th to give us keys and codes. Met us with a smile and a so happy to see you attitude. Awesome people I gave them 5 stars.
